He had to contact me to verify details that he should've recorded during his visit. He had to ask for additional pictures because he failed to take then the first time. When we ask for a reconsideration of homes that were clearly more comparable, it was stated that those homes were in superior condition. Yeah, because those just sold so they looked all nice with fresh paint. He failed to mention the solar panels we had in his report but disallowed a home compare because it had a sauna in the basement. Clearly this service is sub-standard at best.
