When we ask for a reconsideration of homes that were clearly more comparable, it was stated that those homes were in superior condition. Yeah, because those just sold so they looked all nice with fresh paint. He failed to mention the solar panels we had in his report but disallowed a home compare because it had a sauna in the basement. Clearly this service is sub-standard at best.
