horrrrrrible everything . customer service trash ! prices trash ! i came in here to buy a scale . he sold me a old ass used scale that didnt work for 22$. battery acid all on the back , battery acid inside the box . when i brought it back 10 minutes after purchasing he opened the box and told me i didnt buy it from him because he pulled out another up to date scale that looked better. he was so rude and told me "ill make you a deal, if you say you didnt buy this from here ill give you your money back" . no i didnt make a deal because i know what i bought and when i bought it. when i told him to run his cameras back he didnt want to take any accountability for selling me that scale! alot of stuff is super out of date and they change there prices everyday.. ive gone 3 different times 3 different days all to be givin a different price off the top of their head. when i told him he has horrible reviews he didnt want to beileve that either! lol fuccccck this smoke shop !!! btw he wouldnt let me take pictures of the scale/box. read more

Basin is a horrible example of customer service. My friend and I drove all the way here to get some Nic after calling and making sure they had a good selection. Selection was broad, prices were a little high. It is what it is. Literally walked out of the shop and on the first puff my friend noticed something was off. One of the seals was missing and it just didn't hit. A bad pod, we have all experienced it. It's probably why a lot of shops have you try them before you leave. We go back in immediately and informed him of the situation and he proceeds to argue with us how he cannot do an exchange on a product that is working when clearly it is not. Without testing or even hearing us out he just throws policy in our face. I would stay away, inflated prices and possibly counterfeit products, and rigid unmoving personal. I would stay clear from this place. There are far too many options and places that will treat you respectfully and actually appreciate your business. read more

Idk what happened to this place, same people but prices are ridiculous and not so friendly anymore. I bought wraps & a grinder which I ended up spending 40$ for both. I no longer can afford their wraps so I go across the street to mikes tobacco better wraps, friendly staff, & the prices are great. The same grinder I bought was 15$ cheaper & wraps 2$ cheaper so I will not be going back. read more

Really great smoke shop, nice selection of shisha and hookah supplies. This place is really well organized. The owner is friendly and will carry product that you ask for if he is able to. Will usually give me a discount on large quantity purchases. Very nice arrangement and clean. They also have a lot of novelty items. I'm happy and wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

I bought a pack of Juul Vapor cartridges here. This pack must have been old or something because the liquid in it was dark brown, almost black. Obviously i didn't know this until i opened it. i took out 1 cartridge, tried smoking it, and it tasted horrible. i tried returning it or trading it for another pack since 3 were still untouched and the 1 i tried was completely full, and he wouldn't. he said it was up to me to contact juul vapor and exchange them myself. what? so buy at your own risk is basically what hes telling me. and it was overpriced at 32 dollars after taxes. the gas station is 29 and baked bros in baldwin park is 27. never will i come here again read more

I go here often enough to by cigarettes for family members or the occasional Lottery ticket. They are always friendly and a pleasure to purchase from. This is probably the nicest smoke shop in db as it isn't also running as a convenience store. They've got a pretty good selection of smoking products of all kinds although not so much on vaping equipment which is not a big deal; this is somewhere you go for cigars, cigarettes and other tobacco products. Prices are good and as far as I've seen, are in line or slightly cheaper than other local sources. read more
