Nice store, they have a wide selection of glass and accessories. They also have a friendly and helpful staff: I recently purchased an item which was defective (item was cracked) and did not realize it until I got home. I called and let an employee know about the defective item, a Gentlemen on the phone asked me to bring it back to the store to exchange it for another. Shout out to the awesome staff at Pipe King- Chino! I had called in late on Thursday evening on 11/29/18. Inquired about some products they happened to have. The associate on the phone had mentioned they had it in stock and that they would be closing in 20-25 mins. I made my way to the shop, come to find out... that the shop was actually closed at 10pm, but since I had called... they would honor my visit to the shop. I just happened to luck out and call on a cleaning day, where the staff stayed longer to clean the shop. Long story short, I was able to pick up the item I was looking for and even left with a new rig. So the staff was able to make a large sale and I was able to walk out happy. I've been smoking hookah for 10+ years, they have a small collection of flavors, but they're all veteran smokers ever need: Al Fakher core essential flavors and they have Coco Nara. Also, they have the biggest glass collection you'll find anywhere nearby. The people are genuinely helpful and take pride in what they do, I always feel welcome and valued. Prices are competitive and they're open later than most. I really appreciate this place, it's really rare a spot has all of these things at the same time. Problem is the prongs are too short I asked the worker if it would work he said yeah it's all universal but it wasn't and now they won't even exchange or do a return !!! I don't know how people say there is good staff here. I walked it not really sure what kind of glass I was looking for and I was not helped until I stood in one spot for at least 8 to 10 minutes looking at the higher end water pipes. there was a Hispanic guy wearing a hat who didn't even seemed like he worked there. literally stood in front of their very tiny and limited vaping area, sitting on his phone. like really? what the f**k are you paying that guy for? I was helped by some girl with glasses who was nice but in my opinion customer service is very important and they seem to not care what so ever. they have good glass and ALRIGHT prices but don't expect to be helped. this is the closest smoke shop to me so ill be coming back one more time but if i see no changes after that you guys lost my business. look into improving customer service. it's free and easy so why not? read more

12 years of coming to this shop has ended tonight. NEVER again. Was told that an enail would be getting picked up by the boss at least 3 different times over the past two weeks- left our phone number to be notified when it finally arrived. Call yesterday and they say- it will be here tonight or tomorrow morning at the latest. I called at 8 pm the day it will DEFINITELY be in the store to be told: We do not have this item in stock because of trump's "trade ban" which is really just "Trump's trade tariff." Trump. MY president is the reason your boss could not pick up an item that was imported? It was an additional 10% tax to the item- I would have GLADLY paid that to be able to get it from "my" shop. Chandler had the nerve to tell me to do my research and get informed on the subject- well I am. There is no ban. Own up to not getting the item for us- don't turn it into a political stance because you can. Get your news from somewhere other than CNN, dear Chandler. I've only been in here twice. Don't ask me why when it's only a 20 min drive because their prices are UNBEATABLE for the quality of glass!! I had my last piece for a long time, but it unfortunately broke due to a lame circumstance!!
