I have come in here multiple times to ship packages and no one ever greets you or offers to help. You have to go out of your way to get assistance and even then, good luck. Employees are rude and couldn't care less about their customers. I also don't trust them as they have left my packages out in the open for anyone to grab, and judging by the amount of awareness they have, there's a good chance someone could walk away with a shipment and the employees would not know nor care. Pro tip: the guys over at UPS just a couple blocks away are AMAZING.
