We consider him and his lovely team ( Ms. Rory, Ms. Jessica, Nathan ) all part of our extended family. They truly care about us and are always so accommodating. We first came to him because my 8 month old at the time had chronic constipation- almost immediately he relieved her suffering and with weekly care her issues have resolved. He helps to keep all 3 of my children healthy, pain free, and AWESOME! My kids, husband and I see him weekly and the kids love getting adjusted and playing in the office (and of course playing and laughing with Ms. Rory). He has helped them tremendously-- Every time someone has an earache, congestion, or had an extra hard fall, he's there to relieve their pain. He has been a life saver for me as well, constantly keeping my chronic back and shoulder pain at bay. He also helped to relieve discomfort with my last pregnancy. When I was on my way for my 4th appt, I called to say I was on my way and the person who answered told me I had no appt, I stated I made the appt for that day and because I was off. I was told they will work it out. When I arrived, I was told, "there was no mistake, the appt was yesterday." Make sure if you go there you get a business card with your time and date, to not have your appt cancelled in the last minute. There is plenty of Chiropractors and front staff are more welcoming and professional.

I visited their Santee location initially. Their office was really nice, inviting and had awesome music playing! Dr. Jonathan Marshall consulted w me and explained his method of adjustment. I was in pretty dire need. I had issues w an adjustment a a completely different chiropractic office and had slept in pain for about 3 weeks. After just one visit w Dr. Marshall my neck issue was completely resolved. No more headache. No issues sleeping because I was no longer in pain! Amazing! He adjusted one of our kids after they were born and took him from a low APGAR score to a perfect APGAR score. I cleared my schedule to take my two kids here for a chiropractor appointment for them. I received…read morea text message to confirm my appointment by 6pm that day or risk it being canceled. I texted back and confirmed within a minute of receiving that text. On the day of my appointment, we arrive 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment time to find out that the front desk accidentally canceled my appointment and gave it to someone else (even though they had received my confirmation). They apologized and tried to "squeeze me in" but my kids and I were already waiting 30 minutes past our original appointment time and we still weren't seen yet. With no end in sight and no time frame as to when we would be seen, we left. The front desk seemed remorseful but as a new patient that had to change my schedule with two kids in tow, first impressions are everything. I am giving a few stars for a clean waiting room and plenty of parking.
