I've been coming here for years, and a monthly tune-up helps me keep up my weight lifting and 100 mile a week biking routine (and I'm 70 years old). I love how they keep up technically too. My Dr has a beautiful poetic Italian name. Gianfranco Calafiore. Say that a couple times. Isn't that beautiful? Gives me italian visuals like walking down gorgeous cobble stones or cruising in Tuscany. But first he needs to fix my back and realign my temple. It has been over six months since my first visit, and I keep on scheduling routine appointments to stay at healthy as possible. Top notch Chiropractic care! Look, I have been coming here for over 30 years. Dr. Krause has always given me the BEST CARE POSSIBLE! I have gone to other chiropractors before Dr K, and they were the worst! I have nothing negative to say about Dr. Krause, and I'll be sad if he ever retires. His staff, Richard and Nancy are always friendly, and always willing to work with me on getting an appointment to get me in, time/scheduling permitting of course. Talk about the trifecta! My wife also comes here for chiropractic care, and she is a medical assistant. If there are any negative reviews here on this page, it's because the reviewers were morons, honestly. I saw one review on here that gave 1 star? 95 percent are 5 star reviews and then a 1 star? I'm thinking maybe the planets weren't aligned the day this person came for an office visit. Dr. Calafiore is just amazing! He really focuses on your adjustment needs and helps you find relief. He's gentle and makes you for relaxed. I'm able to schedule appointments every three weeks. Been a patient here for over 2 years and love, love, love Dr. Krause ~ the best singing chiropractor in San Diego! Friendly staff ---and usually no problem getting an appointment. Wait times are very short -- usually 30 minutes from start to finish for a basic adjustment (without massage). Massage therapists on staff -- book early and be aware that they seem to change quite frequently. Seen Dr. Bales a couple times when Dr. Krause was on vacation -- he is equally fantastic. Open from 8am - 6pm; they do close early on Thursday's. Small parking lot, but haven't had an issue so far. read more

I've been a patient here for several years and I can sincerely state that Dr. Krause is the best. He not only has friendly staff, Annie especially is a doll. They sincerely take care of their patients. Dr. Krause is funny and knows his stuff very well. We friend and I were involved in a car accident and the doctors (MD's) were doing nothing. Dr. Krause actually indicated he get a second opinion because we had some fractures when the MD's indicated otherwise. He works with his patient, and is just great. No problem getting appointments. These people will give you a deep tissue massage that will make you feel like a sissy afterwards as you limp home and sneeze your head inside out... and then the next day you'll feel incredible as you realize that the very massage that made you feel like a girly man, actually did you some good because the body toxins have moved out of your system! The first red flag was that my chiropractor was overweight. Like you don't want to go a hairdresser with bad hair, how is a man who is not taking care of his own temple going to help me with mine? After arriving early and filling out paperwork, he continued to ask me redundant questions about my pain levels that I already filled out on the questionnaire. With each area of pain he asked the pain level on a scale, when I said 10, he said "that means if I stab a knife in your neck your pain level could not go any higher" Frustrated and teary I asked that we stop with the hypothetical scenarios as I am in a lot of pain and would like to just get this over with. We had to keep stopping as he combated what my answer was. "When you say constant pain that is more than frequently in which you stated early in your shoulder." He never wanted to get up from his stool. Maybe he was in pain himself and maybe it's time for him to retire. He asked if I had tattoos or piercings in which I replied yes to tattoos and no on piercings. He asked where on my body my tattoos were as I'm sitting naked in a gown. I said " how is this at all relevant to my back pain!!!?" He said I think we're done here and closed my folder. I'm so glad he never touched me. Save your time don't go here! Laziest, un compassionate Doctor I've ever met. read more

I have been coming here for a little over 8 years and I have to say Dr Kraus and his staff are amazing. I came In with a rotator cuff issue that left my right arm almost immobile.
