His carpenter made very professional siding and trim repairs to the broken, split and rotted wood. Steve was upfront with me about the possible costs for these repairs/replacements. When he quoted my exterior painting job, Steve offered me the "only pay for what you need" option, which allowed me to save money by having him skip areas that were holding up well and didn't need repainting this time around.
