He knew the right methods to safely clean both siding and roofing (specific chemicals and approaches that avoid damage) and his pricing was very fair - significantly lower than other reputable companies. He came out the same day we spoke, gave a clear and honest assessment with photos/videos, and was easy to communicate with - flexible and responsive the whole way. He even followed up to make sure the roof was fully complete and pointed out other things he noticed, like a small foundation crack. The results speak for themselves: my siding, which was practically green, and a roof with moss now look almost new. It's rare to find someone so reliable, thorough, and ethical in the Poconos area. I'd recommend Nui's without hesitation.

My neighbor had been very clear about what she needed and got a price for that. When this man came, he said that he was the owner. He argued with her and was very rude to her and refused to do what they had agreed to. She offered to pay more money etc-no. He said very rude things to her and they both acted like they did not know what they were doing-I was watching, horrified that I had recommended this business to my friend.
