He educated me about how that's really only a problem in attics and to use a dehumidifier in the basement. He suggested I use rockwool to insulate my ceiling as a diy project to save a lot of money and still have good soundproofing. Great recommendation and very honest. Jim came highly recommended from a coworker who had sprayfoam done in her crawlspace. I can see why she sang his praises.
