My children and I loved the experience here. My kids had a ball during the soccer clinics and game.

Based on observed practices, the program appears to struggle with age-appropriate behavior management for preschool-aged children. There is little evidence of proactive strategies such as redirection, positive reinforcement, or intentional social-emotional skill-building. Instead, responses to behavior feel reactive and punitive, which is concerning in a setting serving children ages 3-5. Families paying for care at a licensed childcare center should reasonably expect practices grounded in modern early childhood development--not outdated, punitive approaches. Communication with families is limited and often occurs only after issues have escalated, rather than through consistent, collaborative engagement. Opportunities for early intervention, shared problem-solving, and family partnership seem to be routinely missed. The program also appears to be chronically understaffed, with frequent staffing disruptions that affect supervision and continuity of care. These challenges raise serious concerns about operational stability. Taken together, these patterns point to deeper issues around training, oversight, and hiring standards--areas that warrant formal investigation, not just surface-level review.

A heartfelt thank‑you to all of his teachers--each of you has played such an important role in his growth. The teachers really seem to care about the kids and are responsive when messaged about any concerns. They've assisted us with potty-training and helped our daughter learn her colors/the alphabet/etc. I feel good about her learning progress. What's more, this daycare has been good for her social development, as the teachers have helped her make friends and effectively navigate little squabbles with other kids. It was hard at first for me to leave her with someone else when I went back to work, but I am confident she's safe and loved at this facility.
