I have used UPS stores before for my shipping needs and always had satisfactory results. I reached out to the store and was placed in contact with the owner, Danielle. I explained that I needed to ship 42, seven-pound, fragile pieces of electronic equipment internationally, on a deadline. Danielle managed this task from start to finish and exceeded my expectations in every way. Danielle and her staff have earned my admiration and my highest praise for a job well-done. Charged $170 for the copies. None can be used. Tops and bottoms of the page were cut off because they turned the page along the short side to copy. They did not give me useful copies. He told me to write down on a scrap piece of paper what the job was. I did not know what he wanted me to say, so the manager told me the words to write. He did not write a work order. I know now that he did not know what the job was about. But he kept our entire payment. We were forced to go to another printer to get the scrapbook copied.
