While he showed some promise early on and occasionally demonstrated knowledge and care, our overall experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Over time, there were constant issues--frequent excuses about needing payment upfront because he couldn't afford chemicals, ongoing problems with his truck and tires, and poor communication. The biggest issue came when we trusted him to install a pool heater, which he claimed he could get at "dealer pricing." We paid him upfront, 1500 and unfortunately, that was a major mistake. He never delivered the heater and gave us excuse after excuse--claims about supplier delays, a refund that was supposedly coming, and then suddenly a stolen phone. Weeks later, we're still without a heater or a refund, and no accountability from Kyle. This has been a very disappointing and costly experience. I would strongly caution others against working with him.

Cara the owner, was very gracious and advised she would have Ben, her husband, come out and look at the spa pump. Ben came and looked at the pump and felt confident it could be repaired. He ordered the necessary parts and indicated he would let us know when it came in. In the meantime, we mentioned to the pool builder doing the resurfacing that we had contacted Dutchcraft Services to repair the pump. Marty, from US Pools without us asking, stated that Ben does great work and he also recommended them. How cool was that? Ben completed the work. we had a hiccup, not because of anything Ben had done wrong, but the company putting the pebble sheen had plugged the spa to avoid material going into the pipe. They unplugged it and the spa pump works like a charm!! The best part, Ben's price was very reasonable! We are sooo happy with it and we are using the spa more than we ever have! I love this family owned business, they care and are meticulous with their work. When I got there, I got personal service from Joe*, a tech who obviously knows his stuff. Joe* showed me what went wrong and got me the part I needed. He took the time to take it out of the box and explain how to install it before I left. He even asked me if I had plumbers tape and silicone (which I didn't). Joe took me out to his truck and gave me a roll of tape and a tube of silicone gel to use when I screwed in the chlorine distributor. He told me just to bring it back the next day when I was done. How nice was that? Rather than charging me 15 bucks for two things I'm going to use once, he let me borrow his and trusted me to return it. The best I could do is leave them a glowing review and praise Joe* by name.
