Have been using this company for over a year. Service was good up to the last month. This last month our pool developed a green algae growth on walls floor and steps. Larry the owner was contacted. He angrily accused us of shutting off pool pump and adding too much water. He also said we could swim in it with the green algae. He never can out to look. We gave his pool tech 2 more visits hoping he would correct the problem but it didn't happen. So we had to fire them. When new service can out they fixed the problem but also stated pool filter must not have been back washed the whole time as it was like mud when they did it. I would not recommend them to anyone because if you have a problem with their service it must be you! read more

Larry went above and beyond to adjust the kreepy krauly pool cleaner. Came out FOUR times and only charged me once. Very knowledgeable, nice, and showed up on time. Larry truly is the best of the best without overcharging--- UNLIKE other pool companies. read more

I have had an electrical issue that required us to disconnect our pool pump about 7 months ago. They have somehow managed to keep the water from turning green and all you see is the sediment at the bottom which nothing we can do about until the pump is operating again so it can filter it. I just can't express enough my gratitude for them making a bad situation a little better not having to look at a gross green pool everyday. read more

He educated me on how to take care of the pool and what we need to do to avoid algae build up. He also educated us on the normal maintenance. Dog days pool service has been more than helpful to a person who knows nothing about pools. Larry and his wife are two of the nicest and knowledgeable people I've ever met. They are busy I'm sure but take the time to come out and help me when I'm in need, also spend time with my daughter showing cat pictures on the phone. If you know my daughter she loves to talk and they take time for her also. I can't say enough about how good Dog Days Pool Service is. read more

Overall service was superb. We could count on Larry and his team to be onsite every week as agreed. Accounting methods are questionable. I am not sure that he has a professional handling this for him. It seems like a family member with mediocre experience. All payments were paid monthly but not applied appropriately where needed. The only downfall of Dog Days Pool service was that he left our gate key on the outdoor patio with no notice or explanation of service discontinuation. Instead we had to inquire via text if he accidentally left his key. Explanation was tree and high ground level. We had been a customer of Larry's for over a year. And while we were not pleased with his accounting department, the method of service discontinuation non-notification. We were pleased with his abilities to keep our pool clean and weekly accountability. read more
