However, it became more frequent during this Covid 19 situation. I spoke to front staff and we inform them that our son have seen is Pediatrian and we ask if they could recommend a specialize. We have lined a upcoming appointment with Neurologist. Primrose response with us that their staff can no longer accomodate for our son. We plead with them since and explained that my husband and I are both working... mind you our request is just through the summer. As my mother said, you find people true color when the going get rough. It such crazy time right now for everyone ...Covid 19, all uncertainties for both employers and employees and riots etc. I feel so hurt that Primrose (Parker) would treat my family like this. We…read morestarted in the Nido room with Miss Julie as the lead teacher in October 2020 when son #2 was three months old. He was there for 11 short weeks and my experience here with the teacher and the program was terrible. I can not recommend this school, teacher or program to anyone looking for a Montessori program. Just for some context, Child #1 was enrolled in a Montessori program from 16 months to 4 years. My child's needs were not meant at any point while he attended this school and he would cry at the center most days. When I would pick him up, he was very upset. I completely feel that he was neglected most days (because he would cry all day and no one wanted to deal with him). The teacher would never follow his cues and would never get down and play with any of the babies. It did not seem like the lead teacher enjoyed being with the babies at any point. The lead teacher wanted all the babies to follow the same schedule and became very stressed and overwhelmed if they were not on a the same set schedule daily. When I was approached by the teacher about his excessive crying after about 5 weeks, I was told that he "needed to be checked out by a dr for acid reflex because he is so upset." He was evaluated by two drs and he was NEVER diagnosed with any health issues. He would never show signs of acid reflex at home. I have a ton of regret that I didn't pull the baby out of this day care earlier. It was a terrible environment, not nurturing or fostering in his development. I also feel like he was behind on some development milestones because no one worked with him on tummy time or practicing rolling over because they didn't want to deal with him. He is currently at a different Montessori day care and all these "issues" that the baby had at this school have failed to show up in a different program around other teachers and staff. I feel compelled to let other parents know about my experience; as I realize that after my feedback to the school about my experience in this room, no changes have been made. If you have a baby that requires a bit more attention, likes to be held and nurtured, this may not be a good fit.

In the interest of transparency, current and prospective parents should know that those steps included having their attorney at Goodspeed and Merrill send my family a cease‑and‑desist letter threatening a defamation lawsuit in conjunction with a fabricated CPS report if I did not immediately remove my review. The CPS allegations they threatened to file were created by flipping our concerns about the school back onto us; even if those allegations had been true, they still would not constitute child abuse. I'll be attaching the threatening document they sent so families can understand exactly what is going on. My review is based entirely on my firsthand experience. Any parent who wants to understand the situation more fully is welcome to reach out. Original Post: I'm writing this as a parent who keeps receipts- emails, timelines, photos, everything. And based on that documentation, I want other families to know what we experienced here. Our son came home with a bad bruise on his back, yet we heard nothing from the school. When brought to their attention, the school said they documented, but they repeatedly refused to give us the incident report. This wasn't an isolated issue. When our son caught a virus the school had emailed about a week earlier, the owner later denied the presence of the virus -- despite us having the original message. We also discovered missed diaper changes in our son's log that led to a severe diaper rash. From my perspective, this daycare is more focused on protecting its image than being honest with parents or providing consistent care. Please do your homework before enrolling -- ask for policies in writing and trust your instincts.

We now have 2 littles attending and using their app we get to see so many updates on what our kiddos are doing throughout the day with timestamps (eating, sleeping, bottles, food, pictures, fun activities, etc). We love that they provide meals and an additional perk is that they bring a dance teacher and soccer buddies once a week! I would have never imagined how much our oldest has grown up, matured, and worked through all of the challenging milestones a child goes through and I can honestly say I don't know if it wouldn't have been possible without the staff at LSP. Starting with the front desk (Tatyana, Kayla, Alley) with great communication and welcoming arms. Secondly, the support staff (Emma, Donna, Calista, Lindsay, Ms. Morgan) who provide consistency and a friendly face when their core teachers need to step away, but most importantly the classroom teachers. Our oldest is in the Two's classroom and God Bless these teachers with their patience, care, and understanding of children's development.
