Then one morning, running late before work, this location was literally my last drive thru option before turning into my work parking lot. On a whim, I ordered a Bahama Mama bowl... and they accidentally gave me a Bahama Mama smoothie instead. BEST. ACCIDENT. EVER. That smoothie completely changed my mind. It is now my go to order, and I've never switched it up since. I also tried their chicken Caesar salad wrap, and WOW!!!! it's genuinely one of my favorite wraps to this day. I now go out of my way just to come here for that wrap alone. I've tried a few other items like the three cheese chicken quesadilla it's okay, definitely more kid friendly. If you have an adult palate, it might feel a little underwhelming for the price. That said, all sandwiches, salads, wraps, and flatbreads come with a side (chips or fruit), which is always nice. Customer service here is 10/10, the inside is clean, the drive thru is quick, & their rewards program is awesome. I'm genuinely so glad I kept coming back despite my earlier experiences. So I had no way to find out quickly if my card was there unless I drove there. the next day Sunday I canceled other plans and made the 2 hours drive there and back. Luckily the card was still there and the nice staff gave it back to me. When I told them I could not reach anyone at their number and how far away I lived etc. they said there was no phone at their location. Customer service makes a big difference, and employees in customer-facing roles should at minimum treat customers with courtesy and professionalism.
