There is plenty of seating inside and outside their patio and parking is plenty between 8am-4pm as they use the parking lot of the restaurant across the street in the back entrance where the patio is. I was happy to pay whatever the price was. I just wanted my coffee made the way I asked for it. It felt like they were more concerned that I might be trying to get away with something than simply making a customer happy. A simple, "No problem, we'll ring it up as an Americano," would have been perfectly fine. Instead, the interaction felt unnecessarily argumentative. Hopefully it was just an off day, but customer service matters just as much as the coffee.
