He actually pointed out that the rest of the components were still in good working condition and proceeded with just replacing the broken springs. The repair itself was completed in just over an hour, and Adam was both professional and clearly very skilled at what he does. After finishing the job, he even took the time to show me how to properly grease the moving parts so the new springs will last longer. I showed him the exact material I wanted for the wall as a neighbor had what I wanted. That is not what I got. 2. They delivered the "bricks" right in front of my mailbox so I couldn't get my mail for a couple weeks. Had to go to the post office to get it. 3. When they "finished", they didn't do the last 3 feet!!! They were afraid to get into the cable or something, but my husband finished it with no problem. That was a big pain. They should have done that. 4. They turned the new fence to the wrong side, but we caught them in time & they fixed it. 5. They dumped a bunch of gravel etc in the street next to my neighbor's house. In hindsight, I should have gone with one of the other 2 contractors who gave me estimates, but they were more expensive. It would have been well worth the extra money in order to get what we wanted & for it to have been done right.
