Warning, this is a long review. I write this in hopes that…read moreI may spare even just one person the humiliation and shame I felt after ending my call with Hayden Ware from Ranger Roofing. I was using bluetooth in the car, attempting to drive back home with my children. By the end of the call I had pulled over on the side of the road and all three of us were crying. My children asked how someone could be so mean when I had called them for help. Here is what happened: I didn't choose his estimate last time. In 2022, there were several strong storms that resulted in totaling my roof and other significantly alarming damages to my home's exterior and interior. I have a brain injury. I was in and out of the hospital for most of that year, as my condition is degenerative, and left me having 3-5 seizures a day. When I found out what happened to my home, I was devastated. I couldn't remember most things people would tell me and if I did remember, it'd often be a skewed memory- like what is happening now. I mixed up who repaired my roof. Hayden came out and gave a fair, reasonable, professional, and kind bid on our roof replacement in 2022. I THOUGHT that I chose Ranger Roofing to replace my roof last year. Now that I've moved locations, I found myself with a new to me house that also needs a new roof. Hayden absolutely lit into me on speakerphone (I was driving) and let me know that I was a waste of his time, that he literally lives only 3/4 of a mile from where I am now, and that even if I paid him triple- he refuses to work with me. What on earth did I do?! I guess I didn't pick his bid after all... :( I got home and looked through emails and records to figure out what he was talking about and what I could have possibly done to offend him. (Photo texts and screenshots for receipts are added below.) When my battle buddies heard what happened to my house, they knew I was too sick to get estimates. Several called different companies to get estimates and my Ranger friend called this company for me. I got 10 bids total from different companies, whom I did not call or talk to personally. Once I got all of the estimates, I chose a company that could fix everything in one swoop. At the time, it seemed like the biggest stress reliever. Ranger Roofing only does roofing, not anything to do with the rest of the crazy damages that needed to be repaired to my home. I picked the company that could fix all damages. That is how I offended this man. So when the time came to call and try to get an estimate on my roof, THIS was the company I remembered. I remembered a kind man with a thorough perspective. I assure you I was wrong. I was so, so wrong. His tone, his rage, his frustration... it all came through the phone loud and clear. I tried to explain the situation and he just kept repeating that he wouldn't work with me no matter what and he didn't appreciate how I treated him. Well, I am sorry. I tried my best to do what I thought was the best in those circumstances. I didn't want to hire however many different contractors it would require to come out and provide more bids for window replacement, sheetrock, doors, etc. I have no clue what all that entails. Regardless, I say this only to spare someone the pain of his received rage. Honestly, I am so sorry that I offended him so thoroughly. He wouldn't hear any of that when I tried explaining it. I was looking through the emails and it really does look like my singular offense was that I "wasted his time" by providing me a bid? Isn't that what you are supposed to do? Get different bids from different contractors and see who can provide the most cost-effective and user-friendly solution to a very difficult and confusing process? If you decide to work with them, great! If you don't... well, be prepared to hear the full rage of a man you have never met and be prepared for him to carry that rage for over a year and let you know what kind of awful person you are for not choosing his bid in the first place. Is that kind of person someone you'd want to work with?

She helped us to solve a couple of dilemmas even. She was so easy to work with and paid attention to our home-specific concerns. She showed up to review everything on the first day of install and came by after they were done to evaluate it all and address any questions. I've remodeled two different homes and never seen better workmanship in my life as provided by Willie, Jason and Alan. Excellent work ethics and exceptional attention to detail. Passer-bys even commented on their fine workmanship. They even replaced any weather damaged sub-siding, removed all the mud dauber nests underneath the old siding, and rewrapped the entire house with new vapor guard. They were here for 2 weeks and were very respectful, thorough and cleaned up everything, right down to sweeping the yard with a giant magnet. As far as product, you cannot select anything better than ABC Seamless. As far as quality of work, you cannot find anything better than ABC Seamless. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to install siding, gutters, etc. ABC Seamless is top of the line in every aspect.
