A plumber showed up and told me that the slab and tile would have to be busted up and he could not complete the work that day and would schedule the repair the following Thursday. He claimed it was a big repair and would take some time- he told me it was cost $2440.00 When Thursday came- Aspen Plumbing sent 2 different plumbers out to make the repair. They arrived at 9:30 am. They said they needed to go to the plumbing supply to get more material for the job. They were gone 1 hour. They made the repair and left at 12:30 pm. They spent a total of 2 hours making the repair and left. They did a good job and were very courteous; however, my problem is with the labor rate. I was led to think this job would take maybe all day the way the first plumber talked. The material they used did not cost over $50.00. That is a labor rate of over $1000 per hour- that is outrageous to me. In spite of their quick reply and doing a good job- I cannot recommend them with a positive review. I feel this is a unethical business practice and they took advantage of the situation.

The only problem I had with them was they told me they would send someone out the following week to clean up the yard. That never happened. I was left with deep ruts where they ran the backhoe. I also had several deep low spots and random high spots where they didn't fill the trench back in after replacing the water line. They also left several large roots laying around that they had dug up. I've been trying to clean up the mess myself so I can reseed, but that's not easy when you are a little old lady like me. Overall, I would recommend them for most jobs since they did a good job repairing the problem and did not overcharge for the work. Just don't expect a lot of follow-up once the job is done.

They sent a technician out that was not capable of completing a leak test and was only able to refill my unit. That refill cost $368.86 on invoice 585443182. I was then scheduled for someone to come complete a leak test on 8/31/26 and was charged $467.82 on invoice 585556211 in which they provided a quote of $2,637.50 on invoice 585797415 where they claimed the evaporator was leaking and had to be replaced. We then hired a second company, HIX Air Conditioning Service to complete an inspection and they physically showed us where it was leaking by showing us the oil residue from the leak and air bubbles being released at site of leak on the filter dryer. The technician for HIX then showed us that there was no leak on the evaporator as evidenced by no oil residue and no bubbles. The HIX technician completed repairs and charged us $595. I completed the online contact form on the weekend of 9/11/26 and requested a response back but never received one. I am requesting a full refund from Mullins plumbing of both visits because on the first visit hey did not send out a technician with the capabilities to complete the needed work and I was only able to get the system charged and it had to be charged due to temperatures exceeding 100 degrees. Then on the second visit they failed to correctly identify problem with the unit and wanted to charged almost $3,000 for a part that wasn't even malfunctioning. I called the day the subscription renewed, explained the situation, and asked them to reverse the charge. The agent said they'd contact the dept. that handles this, give them my info, and get back to me. No one ever did. I put all of it in writing. No response. The subscription cost 269$ And, again, I never used it, can't use it and no longer own the home. My only recourse at this point is to contact the State of OK Attorney General's office and file a complaint. I am disappointed in AirCo.
