Guessing he was pre occupied .. after only 1 week the tint started to peel and bubble. His cuts are off,misaligned to the window and just overall crappy workmanship. Both driver and passengers side windows bubbled and peeled. My sliding rear window isnt close to being right (uneven and misaligned cuts) He wont answer calls now. I brought the truck back snf paid him extra to fix it. (Big mistake) The work looks rushed and unprofessional. Totally disappointed and discouraged as ill have to pay someone to redo his horrible work... Stay away from this guy and his services. read more

Tintmaster Window Tinting of Orlando was one of the first window tinting companies in the state of Florida as well as in America. It was founded by Dynamic Ed TC Wilson in 1979. After more than 33 years in the industry, we have more experience in tinting than anyone else around. We'll tint anything that needs to be tinted including vehicles, homes, and condos. If you want your vehicle, boat, home, or anything else that needs glass coating to stand out or provide you extra privacy, let us tint it for you. Our experience has taught us that it pays to use only the highest quality products and materials for what we do. Substandard products can crack and peel, but when we work on your glass, you can rest assured that the tint will hold up to the tests of time, heavy use, and all kinds of weather.

Established in 1979.

TintMaster Window Tinting started from very humble beginnings in 1979. At the time, the owner was selling products out of his car to customers in the Orlando area. The Sun and Heat Was So Unbearable He Was Forced To Seek and find a solution. Realizing He Wasn’t The Only One The Florida Sun Was Torturing and Tormenting - He Knew Finding A Solution Would Be A Service In High Demand - This realization led him to open the first physical location of TintMaster Window Tinting. Although we have expanded greatly from those early days, we are still committed to providing the very best products and service for each and every one of our loyal customers.

The pricing is in line with most of the tint shops in the area (I quoted around) but this one was very friendly with zero pressure. Other shops would not allow me to partially tint and insisted I needed to do every single window on my vehicle at once. The service itself was very efficient. They matched the prior tint perfect, and the guys were very well informed. I truly felt like I was in expert hands and they kept it friendly and casual while maintaining professionalism. It was a quick turnaround and their appointments were timely. After a few days I started to notice bubbling on my windshield, I was worried because the windshield does not come with any warranty here but because the bubbling was on the edges they honored the repair, offered for me to come in same day, and I waited less than 10 minutes even though they had other appointments. I've had zero concerns and it's been great!

Why would a business that is supposed to be open all more than a half hour to go by with even checking for new customers?! Again, I arrived at 8:43 and departed at 9:20! 3. I called SIX TIMES! When someone finally answered (and didn't hang up on me) more than an hour later, there was no offer of consideration to salvage the appointment. No, " Hey ...sorry you drove all the way here for an appointment and I IGNORED you because I was too busy cleaning my car. How about I throw in a discount for your inconvenience?" Instead, I got..."if your number wasn't made private it would have gone differently." No, I think this morning was for the best. Now, I can ensure my money goes to a business that is willing to demonstrate it values my business...even if that means I pay a bit more. For me, great customer service is a top priority. I won't respond to any further comments from this business. Buyers...beware! ________ I reached out to this business by phone on last Sunday to request a quote for removal and replacement of the tint on my back window. I was quoted approximately $130. Because I wanted a more definitive quote, I drove to the business on Friday and was quoted $130 for the standard tint and $180 for ceramic. I scheduled and appointment for today (Sunday) at 9am to have the ceramic tinting done. When I arrived at 8:43am, the first thing I noticed was that the lights were off. Given that the business claims to be open from 8am-5pm seven days a week, I found it odd. However, the closer it got to 9am without anyone coming to the door the more anxious I became. I got out of my car and knocked on the door TWICE before 9am with no answer. So, I began calling the number on the door. The first time, the phone was answered by a male who said "Hello" but who did not respond nor confirm when I asked if I had reached the business in question. The person then hung up and did not answer any of my follow-up calls. I also made several attempts calling secondary number that was printed on a sheet of paper and taped to the door. Again, no answer. At 9:12, I made a final attempt and left a voicemail sharing that I was currently at the business waiting for my scheduled appointment. I said I would wait 5 more minutes. Instead, I waited 8 and left at 9:20am. At 10am, I decided to call again to see if someone would answer. I didn't want to provide a negative review if there was a valid reason for the business not being open and ready to provide service. The phone was answered after a few rings and person provided a pretty insincere 'apology' and shared that he was 'in the back cleaning my car'. That was it. No genuine apology. No reasonable explanation. Just a cavalier and ambivalent attitude regarding the loss of business and poor customer service experience provided. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this business. Today, they have truly earned this 1-star review.

I have NEVER taken the time to leave a bad review of a company before. But this is RIDICULOUS and incredibly offensive. I asked for a quote on widow tinting, having never spoken to this company before. They proceeded to say they would not tint my windows because owners of BMW, Mercedes, and Lexus vehicles are A-Holes. Talk about prejudice and judgmental mindsets. Apparently, hundreds of hours volunteering for non-profits every year, frequently doing on a work pro Bono basis for those who can't afford it, mentoring teens and business owners, serving for years as a missionary with my family in a third world country and countless other acts of kindness and selflessness are quickly turned upside down and I become an A-Hole for nothing more than the badge on a vehicle that I drive.
