After the service, I called mentioning that it wasn't looking finished yet, I was told that I should, myself, wait for 3 weeks then wet sand the area then wax it. If this was mentioned prior to the service I would be fine, but it wasn't. I guess to summarize my feedback: * Over-communicate what is and what isn't included on the service. * Make sure people understand what they are missing out for not going to a proper body shop space. * I'd suggest doing a second visit for so that the sanding and waxing can be done properly and so that any missing imperfections can be fixed. I hope the service improves with this feedback.

Felix and his team did an amazing job on the vehicle. She looks better than before the accident because of the time he took with the paint. He was also very helpful in trying to locate some parts I needed for this retired model. He and the wonderful lady at the reception area were also very helpful with the paperwork I needed to submit the Florida DHMSV for getting my title converted to a rebuilt title and getting her back on the road to Zoom Zoom around Orlando. This was a mobile repair at the house, and right before he arrived a large tree removal crew showed up next door with lifts, equipment, noise, and workers all around the driveway area where he was supposed to work. Instead of complaining or getting flustered, he calmly worked through the distraction, stayed focused, and still completed the project on schedule with excellent results.
