EXCELLENT SERVICE! This is why they are so HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. You can set an appointment, but I just telephoned them & was able to walk right in. I had my LiveScan sheet completed from the school district who offered me a position, so I was ready to go; it cost me only $20. Took about 10 minutes to complete. EXCELLENT QUALITY! They do not use the old-timey ink-and-cards approach & you can see the quality of the prints as they are all being done right in front of you. Unlike a certain place in Hollister, CA whose name I won't mention, you don't have to worry about wasting a couple of weeks that you could have been working and earning your salary because lousy-quality fingerprints caused you to have to get them done a second time...or maybe there is a delay because they require more time to inspect due to not being sufficiently complete or sufficiently clear. How much money is two weeks of your salary? Can you afford to be less-than-sensible in managing your money? I got them done 7/25/23 and the school district got the results back today 8/03/23, so 9 days from fingerprinting to results. That's at least twice as quick as I usually get results back. And as I pointed out, all the extra time you would have to spend if you got poor quality prints which cause any delays is time you could have been working & earning money on your job already. HR departments and administrators tend to look upon such efficiency as reflective of YOU. So don't waste your time searching elsewhere while your new employer is watching extra closely at this time of onboarding to make sure they were correct in selecting you for the position rather than your competitors. Really good customer service, I was helped immediately. I went in for the live scan fingerprinting expecting it to cost $20 but turned out to be $56 :/. Not entirely happy about that seemed like a lot to pay but according to the clerk it was not her charge but the gov. I was not aware of the extra costs, I was informed only $20. The process was quick and as I said great customer service even directed me to the local DMV as I didn't know the area too well. read more

New to San Jose so I must have called about 3 times before I came by. First to make sure they offered the service I needed, next to confirm their business hours, then to locate the place once I had circled the shopping center a couple of times. Spaz, right?! But Dolly answered my questions each time I called and was an absolute paragon of patience. Upon my arrival Dolly greeted me brightly and assisted me with my fingerprinting (for volunteer work =) The process was done smoothly and without issue. The big baby I am, she even helped me READ the instructions, understand my next steps, and really was just very friendly. Located within the POSTAL ANNEX. They take walk-ins which was convenient. I'm an RN, and my fingerprinting cost $69, which was a lot more than advertised from the Board website. Perhaps it just wasn't updated. My hands were dry and the woman didn't cleanse them first. She started with my right hand and even though the image quality was clearly poor from the beginning, she ignored it and continued. She did my left hand and put some cleanser on which greatly improved the image quality. She ended up repeating the scan of my R hand...which she should have just done from the beginning. read more

The owner helped my husband and I get fingerprinted. She was really kind and the service was excellent. I was worried about getting charged higher rates after reading the a review that was posted. But we were charged $20 and she actually told us that the agency needing our fingerprints will be taking care of the fees since they had a charge account. read more

This place was my kind of buisness; I came here for Livescan Fingerprinting. Although I had a form of my own and didn't have to fill any on the spot, the service was still quick and efficient. I went during late afternoon which wasn't too busy, but no promises that it is always this way. The lady who worked with me handled everything quick enough to get me out within 5 min.
