Quality of service and also valuing every customers time. I had called ahead of time looking in the market for affordable fingerprinting services to be done and this one fit more closely with affordability. First I was quoted $79 for the fee because of my application etc. I had previously provided my ORI number on the application as well before committing to their services and that was confirmed what I was quoted. Went in, was then told it was $89 because of my application type? So in a span of 10 minutes from me calling and me going in to this exact location, inflation magically happened? Paid it, moved on. I asked for assistance to help me do my fingerprinting because apparently I wasn't placing my finger tips correctly or pressing hard enough, so I allowed permission for assistance. She seemed upset with me when I asked her for help, but ma'am, you're the expert... I received all my documentation and copy of my prints etc. 24 hours had passed and I wanted to check my records with the ATI number provided, but it was not legible. The 4's looked like H's the 1 looked like an I. So I called this morning to ask for a quick check on clarifying the numbers and the same lady who helped me answered and said she would call me back within 30 minutes to let me know. I was fine with that. I waited a whole hour no call back and so I called and another gal had picked up. She was more pleasant to speak with, but it quickly became as if "we're super busy in here and the lady who said she'd call you back was looking into it etc?" That's where the review comes in with customer service. Do not promise a call back time and then prioritize the people who are walking in when you could easily find my file within less than 2-3 minutes to clarify what I'm asking for. They said they'd call me back. This is where I write my 1 star review. If I drove there myself and waited in line, at their location, I'm sure I'd get faster service than a call back that could easily take 5 seconds to do. Guess what, the 2nd lady who called me back, took her 10 seconds to give me what I needed which apparently took a whole hour to find.... Time should be managed and prioritized better, but should be valued as well. For walk in's and over the phone customers. I will not be using them in the future. read more

Amazing service. Walked in and was greeted right away. I didn't have an appointment so I just walked in and Waited less than five minutes! Everyone in there was super sweet. I was in and out very quickly and price was very reasonable. It only cost $79 for a life scan fingerprinting. All paperwork was legible. Would definitely go back when needed. read more

I would not recommend this place for a livescan as my results were rejected by the FBI. Went to another place and my results were accepted. although they were kind, I did not appreciate that I was told that there was an 80% rejection rate AFTER i got my fingers scanned. This was not an issue at the other place. read more

The lady that assisted me was so rude and mean. Came here for fingerprinting. This is my first time doing fingerprinting that I was not guided. She was just telling me what to do and would be mad if I get it wrong. Is it really hard to guide my fingers? And not just that, she raised her voice on me too. The worst service ever.
