While in Sonora visiting friends this past weekend, we decided to do some exploring of the downtown area. We stopped into Antiques Etcetera to see if they had any, and we definitely came to the right place! They had a nice display case full of Uranium glass, and it took me a while to decide what I wanted to take home, but I finally decided on a fun mixing bowl since I did not already own one - for only $40 too! Aside from the Uranium glass, they also had lots of items from Pyrex bowls (another favorite of mine) to different styles and sizes of jars to Fiesta ware and even a whole wall of cowboy boots! All priced pretty fair too! I felt overwhelmed in a good way looking at everything! The staff were also very friendly and offered great advice! Looking back at my photos, I should have bought more Uranium - at least I know where to shop next time we are visiting downtown Sonora! We'll be back! Check them out!

(Even the building itself is interesting) The old wooden floors creak and crack as you walk upstairs, and the smell of coffee waft through the air. (Yes you can also buy coffee here too) They've got everything from furniture, to slot machines, antique signage to plates and glassware, a very nice selection. Then he has the audacity to lie to my face telling me he said I could come in when on the phone he told me "we're closed we'll fix it tomorrow" If you're going to overcharge someone an extra 600 dollars to their card and act to cavalier at least have the decency to want to fix the issue immediately.
