Being they are listed as a pediatric dentist, I'm pretty surprised this isn't already a no-brainer policy - minors should definitely be accompanied by their parents at all times... for everyone's sake and liability. I told them I don't believe in root canals with all the info out there on them and my previous dentist (who moved states) also didn't agree with doing them and they literally laughed at me. said the dentist must have wanted to go a more expensive route... I left there after 2 hours, yes, just for a cleaning, with a treatment plan of $3900!! that's with insurance. I couldn't believe it. I went and got a 2nd opinion from a dentist who didn't take my insurance and walked away with a successful filling (no root canal needed) and only $110. ** Be aware of what they say needs to be done! Procedures are exorbitantly priced and seem like overkill to justify a 'digital' system. I asked for a quote before my experience - it was less than half the actual price. But wait, theres more! Payment is expected in full - and there are no options for a payment plan. You can buy one of their personal Payment Advantage Plans to make up the difference. I have been seeing a dentist at this location for over 40 years, and the third time (third dentist change) is a charm as I will not be coming back. I cant afford to. Let's just call this what it is, jacked up, corporate sponsored highway robbery.

My family and I were long-time patients who came in for regular checkups and additional visits, yet multiple small cavities were completely missed. Those same cavities have now progressed into large, invasive procedures that could have been avoided with proper care and attention. What's even more frustrating is the lack of accountability. We have called repeatedly to ask how these issues were missed while we were actively being seen, and no one will return our calls or provide an explanation. This is, without question, the worst dental experience I've ever had. Between missed diagnoses, poor communication, and unprofessional management, I would strongly caution others to avoid this practice and look elsewhere for competent, reliable dental care.

When the retainers (looked a lot like invisalign) came back, the top one didn't properly fit. I was told to try them out and that they can be uncomfortable initially, so I did. It was a struggle to get the top one on and even worse/more painful getting it off. The retainer ended up breaking. I took it back and was give a replacement, which also had the same issues and also broke. So again, I went back and asked to have my upper teeth reassessed and a proper one made. Instead of correcting the issue, I was given 5 of the improperly fitting ones...it would have taken less than 5 min for them to use their machine and try again, but instead they ignored my issues. Most expensive piece of plastic that doesn't work that I've ever purchased. Won't return.

Initial staff on the phone and at check in were pleasant and friendly. I met with a hygienist who took the time to explain things to me, how the office ran, what the dentist would do, super helpful and nice. I met the dentist, Dr. Chet Welker. He was super friendly and used humor to put me at ease. I got some x-rays, and color image photos that showed things in a way I hadn't seen before. So cool! The dentist looked at my teeth and all that were of concern to me, explained all in a manner that was helpful. Both of the two I met with made my decision that I would like to continue as a patient. I have a cleaning appointment scheduled and need to call and schedule time for an old cavity repair as well as the difficult job of quitting my old dental office.
