It felt unnecessary and honestly quite humiliating. On top of that, the colors I specifically asked for were not done, which was frustrating after already feeling judged. The overall tone and attitude made the experience feel unwelcoming and embarrassing. They also have the tools in "sterilized packets" and they are not as evidenced by not seeking the color seal To make matters worse, when I still chose to leave a tip, a comment was made implying it wasn't enough. That was the final straw. I left feeling embarrassed and disrespected. No one should feel that way while trying to enjoy a simple self-care service. I would not recommend going here if you expect to be treated kindly or professionally.
