I understand that florals aren't as easy accessible at this time, I'm not very picky, I didn't need them to look exactly like the picture BUT I would have hoped that they would've looked the price they are worth. Not only were the flowers completely different but what I chose had much more flowers than what my aunt received. I paid the extra $10 to be delivered earlier in the day and I do appreciate that I purchased same day at 11am and they were delivered by 2:30pm. I would have given 5 stars if they looked the same level of beauty even if they weren't the same. What I purchased doesn't have the small white flower fillers and I loved that so I was disappointed in what she received. With delivery it came out to $104.30 I just don't believe it was worth that price. Those flowers are cute where I would be fine if it's something I got at Albertsons and delivered myself. The ones I got my mom for $22 were so much more full and unique. It was my first time ordering flowers from El Paso and I had really high hopes here. ------------------------------------------------ I want to update my review. When I posted this the manager wrote me with in minuets and I called her when I got the chance and she handled everything great. I absolutely appreciate I was not only contacted immediately but she fixed what I was very unhappy with. They not only sent out a new bouquet of flowers to my aunt right away but added something else to the order. I am glad this company cares to reach out and make their customers happy. Which I am. So, thank you for sending beautiful replacement flowers.

Here's my story, you judge. Valentine's Day 2012 I ordered…read morehalf a dozen roses, half a dozen lilies, and a faux marble vase along with a stuffed bee. The order was placed and payed a week in advance. The day of Valentine's Day my wife received a cheap glass vase, with roses that were freezer burned with torn petals. When my wife called me and expressed her disappointment I immediately called them at 11 AM. They seemed sympathetic to the mistake and promised to call me back. At 1 PM I decided to call them back and explained the entire issue again. They promised that they would send the driver with the right arrangement to my wife before 4 PM. At 4 PM the driver called me and said that he would go to my house with the arrangement. After waiting for 45 minutes he arrived with a second arrangement. The arrangement was lacking the lilies and the roses were again burned and wilting. I again called the florist and after some arguing they instructed me to keep both arrangements (despite my wife wanting to send both back) and go to the shop the next day and I would be given a refund. So the next day I went to the shop as agreed and the owner was not there. After some time the employee managed to track her down and again explain the whole situation. She then instructed the employee to only give me credit for another arrangement. I refused the credit and spoke to her on the phone. She explained to me that my expectations were too high and that all the money had been deposited in the bank. When I explained to her that I would tell others of this story she began to yell and I handed the phone the employee. So in the end I spent $150 and ended up with two terrible arrangements and a disappointed wife.

Plenty of food options... not much parking that's convenient. You would best overshoot the Walmart parking and after their last entrance on Mesa St., park, and then walk back to the Market. The vendors are super friendly and I certainly didn't feel any pressure to buy anything, but there was a lot of quality stuff. It's not entirely overwhelming, and you can see everything they have and try anything you want in about an hour's time with no rush. All the vendors are ready for contactless payment, but they take cash too. if you need cash, an ATM is close by. The food trucks are towards the front, and the vendor tents are well organized into columns along the center of the market. Everybody from the vendors to the market goers were all friendly and at around noon, the market was bustlin' but not overly busy. We bought some farm fresh honey. The kids were amazed by the 3D printed creations, the freeze dried candies, and the desserts available at the market. The kids also were entertained at the Build a Pen vendor. They spent a good 10 minutes deciding on the various bobbles to personalize their new pens. it was fun.

I bought an engraved pint glass for a relative's birthday. The lady I bought it from told me she also takes custom orders. I thought it was a good price ($15). All of the vendors had masks on. It seems like it's a bit hard to social distance because the space is kind of small. I felt pretty comfortable since everyone I saw was wearing a mask and it's held outdoors. There was a lot of snacks I wanted to buy. Some vendors had some delicious looking desserts, especially cookies! Yum! I'll definitely stop by again. All of the vendors we bought from were nice and helpful. This market is usually located in the Hobby Lobby parking lot on North Mesa. It's usually there every Sunday between 11 am and 3 pm. They sometimes switch locations. It's best to check their website uppervalleymarket.com and/or follow their social media @uppervalleymarket to stay up to date on what's happening each week. I would definitely recommend and plan on coming back. I need to get my hands on some of those cookies I saw! Why I left without taking some home is beyond me! They called before the came (it is Black Friday after all). The flowers are large in dive and very fresh. The roses look like they were just cut and they are opened to the perfect bud size for an arrangement. The container is unique- a thick, short glass cube that goes anywhere and the flowers fill the entire space- just beautiful!

I found Kern Place Florist online (they were the closest to her). I am SO pleased I went with them. Although my order was scheduled to be delivered two days after I placed it, they honored the requested I noted on the order and called me to communicate they would be able to deliver ASAP (one day earlier). She also asked if I was ok with some substitute flowers as they were out of two different kinds seen on the photos online. I advised them, that I trusted their choice. They even text me picture of what the bouquet looked like when they were done. It was gorgeous! And better looking than the bouquet in the photo. I appreciated their communication and dedication to get it out to my wonderful aunt, who I know needed the love.

Advant-edge pharmacy started off on the wrong foot by sending someone with my mom's medications who…read moreyelled at me for taking more than five minutes to review her meds. It was the first time we had received anything from them and the delivery person said he had other places to go and we were only allotted five minutes of his time. The pharmacy charged me for meds that were supposed to be covered by Hospice and he was rude and wouldn't leave the meds without payment - said it wasn't his area. This all happened at 8pm on a Monday night right when I was getting my mom up to take her to the bathroom then to bed. Advant-edges delivery person had no concern for making my mom wait while he delivered and yelled at me. I spoke with one of the owners of the pharmacy as well as the CEO of the Hospice company we used at the time and both were apologetic. Imagine if my 87 year old mom didn't have an advocate or if this delivery person did this to an elderly man or woman on their own? Totally opposite what hospice care is supposed to be about, but unfortunately too much like most hospice staff we've dealt with who are uncaring and inattentive to detail. That's another story. A second example of poor service is how this pharmacy overcharges when they can for OTC products, which are never covered by insurance, by running them thru the insurance process ("adjudication process") which kicks out the otc product as not covered and sends it thru a supplemental program where the pharmacy has agreed upon a price to charge. In this case, Advant-edge charged three times what the medicine would have cost at any other retail pharmacy as it is OTC. I spoke to the insurance company and they said the agreed price was $21 yet the pharmacy added $3 for whatever reason - maybe delivery but they were also delivering other prescription meds covered by Hospice. So they double charged delivery because they can get away with it. Awful! I asked if they ran the meds thru my mom's insurance as I was told by the Hospice Dr that it was a prescription item and that I couldn't buy it. I had no idea they were sending an OTC item. They told me my copay was $24 when it was NOT a copay but their inflated charge for an over the counter item. What's worse is the Hospice nurse didn't order the prescription item because she didn't see it in the pharmacy's system so she ordered the otc, not even considering the price for a 90 day supply of the prescription item under my moms insurance was only $15 vs the $24 the pharmacy charged for a one week supply! Now $24 isn't going to break me, it's the principal of the matter. This pharmacy shows how the healthcare industry allows companies like them to overcharge anyone, even elderly on hospice care. The whole healthcare system is off in my opinion.
