Charged $250 to "clean coils" which I was lead to believe a involved process however it was simply taking a shop vac on blowing mode and blowing dirt and pet hair all over my kitchen and dining room 15 minutes max. On 2nd visit when part didn't work told had to order more parts. It has now been a week and they aren't returning my text messages. I did a google search myself of the issues with refrigerator and found part for $200 delivered overnight repaired myself in 15 minutes. Still no response from this company. Fees were high and no follow up incorrect diagnosis said display board and it was another board under front panel that they never mentioned. The one they did change in the back ground wire was left dangling. Roosevelt talks alot is a used car salesman for sure is very persistent on "collecting payment" before any services are done AND used my bathroom at least 3 times while on site for less than an hour. He cleaned my pool beautifully, but it was also supposed to be leveled. I was given excuses by him why it was not leveled. It never did get leveled. I was also persuaded by him into being given an estimate for a different project and I paid $100.00 for just the estimate. The other project work was too expensive so I never got it done, but I was still out the $100. All together, I paid Roosevelt $640.00. My above ground pool was cleaned, but that is a lot of money for pool cleaning. I am just too naive. Nice guy, but over charges and tries to upsell. The service that we found him from ALSO charged my partner! After many phone calls, the money was refunded. It was a huge hassle, I will not use the service again. Next time, I will clean the pool myself and save $640.00.

In the process, I learned features of the dishwasher I was not aware of. After waiting around all day, had a 3pm time on the online message eventually and the lady said we were assigned to a tech. Then it moved to 4pm. At 5pm, it moved back to 8am-5pm. By 5:30pm I was able to get around the chat bots in customer service to talk to an overseas customer service that informed me our tech wouldn't be coming and they wanted to reschedule. Don't waste your time with this company, they don't communicate, you can't get ahold of real people, and the service is non-existent.

The tech ran some tests and let me know he believed the issue was a faulty computer board in the machine. It was going to be a $500 repair but given the information and the type of washer it is, I felt it was worth repairing it. Unfortunately, the washer still was not working after the repair. I called back and a tech came out again within two days. He ran more tests and determined that it was an issue with the pump that was causing the washer not to drain. He quoted me another $200 to repair that issue. I don't have another $200 to throw at a washer that was supposed to be fixed after the first repair, so I called to speak with one of their management staff to see what could be done. That's where the issue really began. The man I spoke to continually interrupted me and talked over me. He told me "well you can't expect us to just do more work for free." It's not free, I already spent $500 on a repair that apparently this company doesn't stand behind. He felt that the $50 discount they offered me already on the service was enough and told me to "just put the balance on a credit card." He said "there is no way the tech could have known that the pump needed to be replaced too." The tech didn't run high water volume tests on the pump in the initial appointment, or after replacing the computer board, and that's why the issue was missed. I never would have repaired this washer if I knew it required $700 in repairs and I feel blindsided that there was work missed in the original repair quote. When I tried to explain how I felt to the manager, he kept interrupting me to talk over me. I hung up on him when he raised his voice at me. I don't trust this company to do any more repairs on my machine. They missed work the first time, won't stand behind the work they have done, and their customer service at the management level is terrible.
