I did not realize that he was to be paid through the service, so I went ahead and paid, plus an extra $40.00, for him writing up the contract. He cleaned my pool beautifully, but it was also supposed to be leveled. I was given excuses by him why it was not leveled. It never did get leveled. I was also persuaded by him into being given an estimate for a different project and I paid $100.00 for just the estimate. The other project work was too expensive so I never got it done, but I was still out the $100. All together, I paid Roosevelt $640.00. My above ground pool was cleaned, but that is a lot of money for pool cleaning. I am just too naive. Nice guy, but over charges and tries to upsell. The service that we found him from ALSO charged my partner! After many phone calls, the money was refunded. It was a huge hassle, I will not use the service again. Next time, I will clean the pool myself and save $640.00.

He stated they were the GFI outlets which we didn't need. Roosevelt stated he was only here to replace what was damaged. 8:52 he left our home to get supplies after writing up an invoice for $250.00 for 1-outlet & 1- circuit breaker. Lowes is 4.7 miles away in Dover & Home Depot is 5.8 miles away. I called Roosevelt at 10:25 asking where he was, he stated he couldn't find the parts at the local store so he had to go someplace else. Roosevelt returned at 10:30 AM with a small brown bag with 2 small parts needed, gone long enough to have stopped for breakfast or something. That's 2 hrs & 30 min from the arrival time of 8:06 & 1 hr 40 min from the 8:52 departure time. All he did was run down the clock. At 11:47 Roosevelt said to me "have a good day, I was about to recheck the outlet again but I am off the clock & he left. Therefore, he didn't need nor did he use 3.5 hrs. The price he quoted for the parts was over inflated but work was done so Let the Buyer Beware.

He said he was in the middle of a service call and would call me back when he was done. He called back in about 10 minutes. We talked more about the issue, and he came right over! I was very impressed! Unfortunately, my freezer could not be saved because the model number and brand could not be referenced. However, Mr. Bedwell showed me what to do to keep it useable for about 10 days until I could get a new one. That evening, he called me to say he had a customer with the same model several months earlier, so he had looked up the invoice and found the part. He offered to order it. I said YES! His prices were reasonable. He was very nice and informative. I would definitely call him again!

He answered the phone quickly, and I explained my problem. He told me it would be $65 to come out and diagnose the issue and that he could come out that afternoon. Really awesome with the quick service! Before he came out, he had research pricing. He took a look at the refrigerator and spent about 20 minutes on it. He told me we would need the tubing as well as the reservoir replaced, as it comes as one part from GE. He told me that the parts would be $125 and he should get them in within the next day or so, and there is a $15 trip charge along with whatever time it would take him to replace. He estimated that it should take no more than 45 minutes (at a cost of $45.) He called me the next day to tell me that FedEx still had not delivered the part but he expected it either later that night or the next day. We made arrangements for him to come out a few days later, based on my schedule. He was very accommodating and said that he could be out between 2 and 4 PM. I also requested that he call first, so I would have a better idea of time. He called this afternoon at 2:30 and told me he should be here around 3 PM. He showed up @3:03. It took him about 25 minutes to replace the part, at a cost of $30. He cleaned up after himself. He is a bit of a straight shooter, no nonsense but capable and curt, but not rude. The only reason I gave him four stars, was due to the $65 cost to come out and diagnose. But he was very punctual and had wonderfully quick service. I would definitely use him again!

I was pleased to have the technician call me, on site, and explain in some detail the cause of the failure and the effect of the failure. In the process, I learned features of the dishwasher I was not aware of. There is a safety feature monitoring the overflow pan and my dishwasher fill valve leaked causing the the washer to eventually overflow to the pan. A part was ordered and a week later all was well.

I am very disappointed in the service I received and would not recommend this business. I was…read morehaving issues with a washer not draining, and was able to schedule an appointment within a week. The tech ran some tests and let me know he believed the issue was a faulty computer board in the machine. It was going to be a $500 repair but given the information and the type of washer it is, I felt it was worth repairing it. Unfortunately, the washer still was not working after the repair. I called back and a tech came out again within two days. He ran more tests and determined that it was an issue with the pump that was causing the washer not to drain. He quoted me another $200 to repair that issue. I don't have another $200 to throw at a washer that was supposed to be fixed after the first repair, so I called to speak with one of their management staff to see what could be done. That's where the issue really began. The man I spoke to continually interrupted me and talked over me. He told me "well you can't expect us to just do more work for free." It's not free, I already spent $500 on a repair that apparently this company doesn't stand behind. He felt that the $50 discount they offered me already on the service was enough and told me to "just put the balance on a credit card." He said "there is no way the tech could have known that the pump needed to be replaced too." The tech didn't run high water volume tests on the pump in the initial appointment, or after replacing the computer board, and that's why the issue was missed. I never would have repaired this washer if I knew it required $700 in repairs and I feel blindsided that there was work missed in the original repair quote. When I tried to explain how I felt to the manager, he kept interrupting me to talk over me. I hung up on him when he raised his voice at me. I don't trust this company to do any more repairs on my machine. They missed work the first time, won't stand behind the work they have done, and their customer service at the management level is terrible.
