Our high school used their decal for a camp with an NBA player. They came and installed the decal…read morewith no issues. However, we were promised that the decal would not cause any damage to our floor. When removed, it pulled off a lot of paint. See the picture below for a photo. We have called Cushing, but I was just forwarded to a voice mail. It has been 48 hours without a response. Additionally, I sent an email, and have not received a response. I've been quite disappointed with their service. I would not recommend using Cushing at any cost.

For some weird reason the Etsy 11x14 files did not fit to scale, but the employees here were really patient and helpful with getting the correct file size and making edits to make sure it fit. They are quick to respond and had my prints ready in two days with beautiful quality. Customer service is superb, and in addition, their pricing is AMAZING!! Three 11x14 prints only cost me less than $25!!! Whereas FedEx was going to charge $20 EACH. The shop is on the corner street with a big parking lot so plenty of space, you won't have trouble finding parking. I would 10000% recommend coming here for your print needs. Lorie, the woman I interacted with, was highly professional and knowledgeable, and quoted me a fair price quickly. The execution on the print was flawless and customer service was prompt and friendly. These guys clearly know what they're doing. The only small gripe was that upon pick up, I walked into the store and nobody was wearing a mask. I guess I don't care that much given I was just vaccinated, but it was a little bit shocking to see. No masks in sight, no effort to cover up, nothing to see here guys. Doesn't impact the quality of the print, which I thought was perfect, or the overall customer service, which was great. Just thought I would note for the Yelp community. We will absolutely come back if we have more print jobs.

I was shopping around for a low-cost, local, and speedy printing company and I knew I had found it…read morewhen I spoke to Mike H of ABC Printing. He was knowledgeable and swift in getting a price quote to me in the same day I called asking for a quote on printing and binding recipe books for me. Other printing companies I had called took DAYS to reply with quotes or passed me through several chains of management to give me a clear answer. Mike knew what he could offer me and in the end, his quote was more than $1 cheaper per book than all the other local businesses I called as well as FedEx/Kinko's. I offered to pick the books up on Monday but Mike insisted he would ship them to me at no cost by the Friday prior to the date I was rushing him for. This was incredibly helpful as the recipe books were intended to support a non-profit foundation campaign at work that will be ending at the end of March. I have never been more impressed by a printing company's personability and efficiency. In the future, I will use ABC Printing not only for all of my printing projects at work but also in my home life. I'm shocked there are no reviews already of this gem!
