Had a 280 qty full color print and cut job and got turned down for business. I won't hold it against them (thus the 2 stars) because that's just how some places may operate, but I was sad to find out that my job was too small. As a consumer wanting to give his money away for services & willing to pay for the convenience, I'm a bit annoyed, but what'll you do? Anyway - less a review than just a fair warning: Don't go here if you want a 280 print job. If it's not 1000+ quantity, then walk away now. To add to my annoyance though, the curt fashion in how they responded to my bid to seek their services contributes to this 2 star rating. A little bit of courtesy (ie me not having to write an email back asking why they wouldn't work with me) would have gone a long way in this case. Verbatim copy + paste from the emails I received: Them - "Thanks for the opportunity. This is not a good fit for us......" Me - "Any reasons why Jeff? What kind of work does fullline typically do?" I had some serious business printing to do, not simple Kinko's copying. But a very small job by printing standards. After searching the Yellow Pages (yes, they can still be useful) I found Fullline. It's not too far from me, so I called, found out that they could do what I needed, and went over. Fifteen minute parking in front, good help at the counter, and reasonable prices for my small job. When our usual printer quoted me $0.89 a business card (wait... what!?!) I asked Fullline for a quote based on the strength of their Yelp reviews. I was no disappointed. Not only are they very conveniently located, but they came back with a much, much more reasonable price and were extremely considerate, despite my small order. I could not recommend them more. Their quality, speed, low cost, and customer service were all notable. And I really appreciated that they did not charge me for a full hour of set-up fees. Now that's classy! I love Fullline Printing. Love it, love it, love it. I work at a software company, and we don't 'speak' printing; fortunately for us, Steve does - and he can translate it so that I know what our graphics design companies are saying and what everything should look like when it's done.
