The accident dislocated the front fender on our BMW and would have rendered it unsafe for our drive home to Las Vegas, let alone for safe transportation on our multi-day adventure in Utah. We connected with Rick Averett at the Dealer Collision Center. After his first prognosis that it would take at least two weeks to complete the job, Rick read the disappointment on our faces. "Let me see what we can do," he said, and he went back to the drawing board. A short time later, he came back with a solution: he could do a temporary fix that would be safe for highway driving sufficient to take our holiday in Utah and make it home safely to Las Vegas, where we could get the car permanently fixed. Not sure how anyone couldn't give this body shop a 5 star. I get wanting your car fixed faster if that's the case, but I also understand it takes time to get the parts in, body man being able to work on it etc. I met a couple of employees named Gunner, Bob and Jared. They explained to me the process and how much time I was looking at to have my vehicle fixed. I've had to go there 4 times now because of accidents and they will be chosen every unfortunate time. The first time I went to Dealer Collision the girl at the counter told me I had to go home and request an info pack to be sent to them before they could make an appointment. Having done that I went in four days later 15 minutes early. The geniuses behind the counter told me they couldn't find my records.The next thing they told me was they could not help me in any way and they would call me to re-schedule an appointment. Their system was conveniently down. I asked them to at least look at my bumper and take some pictures and I was met with attitude. I waited three days for a call that I knew would not come and decided to go to another shop. I was met with courtesy and was in and out in twenty minutes. They took pictures of my car and relayed the info to my insurance company. I wrote this review to save you time. Go somewhere else because as a customer you should be appreciated. Took way to long with little to no communication. You have to keep calling them! And they said a week .. it took 3.They said it was worse than they thought and parts were hard to get. Did they call to let me know? No! I called and called. They were nice, but they need to let people know what is going on! read more

Customer service was great but the only thing I'm really upset about is the loss od personal items in my car. After servicing my vehicle for a collision repair, I noticed that someone had taken my expensive sunglasses, charging cable, emptied out all my coins. I called them right back asking if they placed my personal items somewhere. They said, "No, we lock up every day and keep it secure" . Obviously an employee had taken them. I am quite furious. Friendly staff, but will not be recommending this collision repair to anyone ever again. read more

If I could give a negative star review I would. I called the day before to confirm I could get an estimate after being referred to this business by my insurance. They said I could, so I drove the 50 miles only to have the rude desk girl inform me she could not give an estimate because it was lightly sprinkling outside when we arrived. I asked her why she didn't tell me when I called to not come if it was raining. She rudely responded, "How was she supposed to know it would rain?" Apparently, she has never heard of a weather forecast. When I went to leave, it was no longer raining. I could understand the concern of getting a camera wet, but this was ridiculous. If you have such a policy, you should know what the weather may be and inform your potential customers to not waste their time. Perhaps this girl should not be dealing in customer service since she lacks the ability to provide any. And from reading past reviews, this is not an isolated incident. Can only go as low as one star. The most rude lady ever was at the front desk. Went to get an estimate and was given a bunch of BS. No I don't need to go there, I can choose my own shop, without being looked down on by the arrogant desk girl. They must have too much work and use her to run off business. I do not know if they do good work or not, I was not impressed. The lady said they did not give estimates. That the insurance company had to send over paperwork first then they would look at it. No I got estimates elsewhere. I drove over 80 miles round trip to get an estimate here. Even the people in the waiting room were shaking their heads. I asked directly could I get an estimate and she said no! My Navigator will be fixed elsewhere. read more

DEALER COLLISION DOES IT AGAIN OK, so it's not like I want to do business with these guys, it's that incompetent drivers keep running into the back of my new car. Twice now I've been forced to find a body shop to effect repairs, and twice I've chosen Dealer Collision in St. George. Sure, my insurance company put them on a list of recommended shops to choose from, but I'm glad they did because Dealer has their act together. And as a bonus, the Enterprise Rent-A-Car shop is immediately next door. Coincidence? Are they perfect? Nope. I've had to go back for a minor fix a time or two, but they immediately make things right, usually in just minutes, while I wait. This is what happens when you have a "lifetime warranty" with dealer collision and you try to make a claim because your paint starts to bubble and peel, you end up doing the work yourself. Very disappointed in their customer service after the repairs were made and them taking no accountability for the poor paint job. read more

Rick Averett needs to find a new job! He wrote the repair order on a rear ended car with odvious damage to the suspension, wheel, and axle. He didn't even check the alignment! Fast forward several months and the exterior looks fine but the rear tires are bold with metal cords showing. In other words the tires are ready to fall apart while your driving down the road. His excuse when we returned the car upset and wanting an apology? People aren't perfect. Nice heart felt apology there Rick. read more

We had a car towed there yesterday and from the moment we walked in they lady at the front desk was rude and gave us so much attitude. We own a local transportation company one of our cars was in an accident so we needed a quote on how much it would be to fix it. She questioned us on why we got it towed there if we weren't getting it fixed there. We explained we wanted to get multiple quotes she for some reason had a problem with that. Then she said she would put something together for us because the guy wasn't in that needed to look at it. The next day she called with a quote and said we will be sending you a bill. We asked what the bill was for because she had said it was a free quote. The bill is for storage fees for having the car there for 10 hours. I will never bring my business there again STAY AWAY from Dealer Collision! read more
