They do not believe in "witching" a well to find the best possible spot to drill... and stated " over 70% of the time you drill a hole anywhere you get water "...well, not this time apparently ! The old well was 50 ft. away and made great water, but caved in over the years, which required drilling a new one due to the location of the old one. They pick a spot based on convenience of burying the pipe and wire instead of "witching" it to find the best source of ground water flow. In the beginning, they kept asking me where I wanted the new one drilled instead of recommending a spot...WTF that's why I called you in the first place... I'm not a well driller !... and apparently neither are you now that I wasted $5000 dollars on the results of your talents. After this event, I've spoken with numerous individuals that have had to pay for 2 holes being drilled because the first one they picked didn't make any water at all. That's ok, he only charges half price for the hole that didn't produce any water. This sound like a money scam to me and a great way to earn more income on holes that don't have to be cased or finished. Just pick another spot and drill again...at your cost. Consumers think twice before picking this company to drill your new well, you might be in for a money scam like myself and others have apparently been a victim of.

5 Stars - Highly Recommend!…read more I live in the state of Florida and recently needed to find a reputable HVAC company to check out my daughter's AC unit in Pennsylvania. I made a phone call and had the pleasure of speaking with Emily, who was incredibly helpful and professional. She scheduled service for the very next day, which was a huge relief. The technician was prompt, thorough, and professional throughout the entire visit. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and stress-free for my daughter and her husband. Moreover, the technician called me to update me of what was going on with her unit and his findings. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for fast, reliable HVAC service.

After roughly 10 separate service visits over two seasons, they finally admitted the root cause: they had improperly sized and installed the wrong unit for our home. Although they acknowledged the mistake and agreed to replace it, months have gone by with zero progress while they allegedly wait on an insurance claim. Meanwhile, our home is sitting at nearly 80% relative humidity. The extreme moisture is now actively damaging our property--causing wooden doors and window frames to swell. This doesn't even account for the fact there are health considerations also at these levels. The complete lack of urgency to fix their own error has turned a bad situation into a total nightmare.

We just moved to PENNSYLVANIA and purchased a house in Butler, th kitchen was equipped with an…read moreelectric stove, which was an appliance that wes absolutely detested by the cook in the family. A stove that relied on gas was an absolutely needed change. There was a propane on the property and was used for space heating in the basement. Because of the immediate availability of propane, a gas stove was purchased, that could be converted to propane. We advised Tyler of the date the stove was to be delivered and scheduled the installation four days later on the next Monday. The installation was not as simple as replacing one stove for another. The house was not equipped to handle a gas stove. The first step changing the piping at the propane tank to handle the stove, then run 50 ft of flexible piping and then connecting the piping to the stove. Of course noting is ever simple or easy. While this is a gas stove, it also needs some electric to make it work. So before pushing the stove the in place theb electric outlet had to changed from 220 to 120 volts, a change quickly made The stoves in place and because propane gas is at a higher pressure the jets on the burners need to be changed. Jets changed the job is done. The job was completed, the wok site was left clean Because of the work done by Pyle Heating & Cooling the cook in the family is happy Thanks Tyler

Being out of state, we used Yelp and read good things. Pricing wise, they were not the cheapest, but there is a reason. FireTec was super communicative on what we are to expect, and super responsive to questions. They called to confirm the day of appointment, and showed up on time, masks on, shoe covers, and armful of floor pads and coverings (more on this later. The tech came and was friendly, respectful of the COVID situation, and careful with our home. Every fireplace they worked on was meticulously prepared and protected to ensure no damage or dirt would get on our floor. During the visit, they even updated me on findings as they went along and also how they were going to charge me less than estimated as certain chimneys did not require the level of inspection requested or originally thought to be needed. At the end, 3 of our gas inserts needed new control modules as the batteries leaked and damaged the units. They showed me the issue and again were transparent on what was needed. Now, I could leave the review as is, but this is what going above call of service means. The tech, bothered with a small finding in the video inspection, called me back after he left asking if he could come back and recheck one of our chimney. I am glad he did, as he discovered that one of our fireplaces was blocked off by previous owner, and it was not safe to be used. Being a father with 2 kids in the house, this is the kind of service expected. FireTec ordered the new gas inserts control modules and called me much earlier than the scheduled appointment asking if I was available to get the gas inserts fixed with the new control modules. Apparently their tech was freed up and available. Fast forward, our fireplaces are clean, inspected for safety, and gas inserts working as expected. And as if that wasn't enough, they send a thank you card. This is how you are customer centric. It's hard, but not impossible!
