I am to a point where if I can't get him for the appointment, I reschedule until I can. It is rare today to find an employee who is consistently reliable, skilled, and goes above and beyond. My old boiler is about 65 years old. My 2nd floor radiators where not getting hot. The 2nd floor…read morewas always cold in my house. In the past, I had called 2 different heating companies to look at the boiler in my house. Both companies said my boiler was working fine, but yet my 2nd floor was still cold. I had called Lawerence plumbing to look at my furnace. Lawerence plumbing sent 2 technicians, Sam and Ed. It only took 5 minutes and they found the problem. The PSI in the water system was only at 5 Lbs, when it should have been at 15 Lbs. The valves that controls the water pressure in the boiler was corroded and stuck. The boiler system was old, and several other valves were also in need of replacement. Surprisingly, they were able to replace the old worn-out parts without breaking other parts. That's always the fear of working on old plumbing, things tend to snowball. They had to replace some bleeder valves on two of the radiators also. To make a long story short, Sam and Ed did a terrific job fixing my boiler. They were able to restore heat to my 2nd-floor without costing me a small fortune. If I ever need a plumber again, I will gladly call Lawerence Plumbing. They did a terrific job at an honest price. If I do call them again, I hope they send Sam & Ed again. After I had the township shut the main line off and we pumped the basement dry , I called M & S Plumbing and they came straight over M & S Plumbing repaired the poor installation and did it right . Service man came and told me what the issue was. I chose to replace the part. He told me he did not have the part with him and had to go back to shop to see if they had it and if they had in-stock he would be back if not he would have to order. Ended up they did have in stock and he came back and replaced. He was at my house probably less than an hour with both visits. Looking at bill they charged me for 2 hours labor. I called and asked if they charged for travel time and they said no and they would check with serviceman. Called me back next day and said I got charged for 2 hours because they came back that same day so therefore they charged me for 2 service calls and I asked if they had to order part and come back another day would I have gotten charged and she said no. I told her I told serviceman he didn't have to come back that day since my furnace was working. She said she would need to check with owner and call me back. Called me back a little later and said they would charge me for an hour and a half instead of 2 hours does that work for me and I said I guess it's going to have to and told her I will never use them again and take my business elsewhere and she really didn't seem to care. Paid over 10 K for new heat and air system. Since then found…read morethat the "new and iimproved" thermostat did not have a humidity sensor so we would know we needed a humidifier working. So we bought auxullary ones. Then we find that the filters that we used for years are being sucked into the furnace. We now have to adapt and wedge the filters in place, and had to buy plastic framed ones to feep them in place.The new furnace was fit into the existing base, with some metal manipulation, and now there is a "wind tunnel" sound coming from the gaps. Also, when the heat turns off we have the banging of ductwork. Never had this before. If this is a result of Johns new installation, I would hate to have them come for a repair.

Ken was easy to get along with. He knew his business and did a great job. All items were…read morereasonably priced. I had blown an electrical circuit when cleaning a dining room chandelier. I didn't know it, but I had also snapped a wire inside the chandelier. All fixed in no time, including the chandelier I assumed would need replaced but Ken fixed this too! We also discovered some wiring that contractors did while remodeling my kitchen that was not done correctly. Ken quickly fixed this as well as rectifying a 3-way I thought would never work correctly again, (this caused by same contractor mishap). This took a lot longer, but I am very grateful for his assistance in resolving all these issues. We will be calling Ken for any of our future electrical needs and recommending him to our friends and family.

Spent over $5000 dollars on a well drilled 300+ feet deep by this company that makes 1/2 gallons…read moreper minute. They do not believe in "witching" a well to find the best possible spot to drill... and stated " over 70% of the time you drill a hole anywhere you get water "...well, not this time apparently ! The old well was 50 ft. away and made great water, but caved in over the years, which required drilling a new one due to the location of the old one. They pick a spot based on convenience of burying the pipe and wire instead of "witching" it to find the best source of ground water flow. In the beginning, they kept asking me where I wanted the new one drilled instead of recommending a spot...WTF that's why I called you in the first place... I'm not a well driller !... and apparently neither are you now that I wasted $5000 dollars on the results of your talents. After this event, I've spoken with numerous individuals that have had to pay for 2 holes being drilled because the first one they picked didn't make any water at all. That's ok, he only charges half price for the hole that didn't produce any water. This sound like a money scam to me and a great way to earn more income on holes that don't have to be cased or finished. Just pick another spot and drill again...at your cost. Consumers think twice before picking this company to drill your new well, you might be in for a money scam like myself and others have apparently been a victim of.
