To those reading this review, Dean is an incredible realtor and an all-around GREAT person and after completing the home buying process...has truly become a friend. My wife and I are first time home buyers in our 30's and we met Dean after pulling up to a home that he literally must have just put under contract for a family whom had chosen him to sell their home. He was on the front lawn placing the "under contract " board on the "for sale" sign. The home was only on the market for a short time because he sold it so fast. We asked Dean if he would mind us touring the home as we were searching for our first home and wanted to gain a sense of what we liked. Dean invited us in and asked if we needed any help with our search. We were looking at homes in Atlanta and many surrounding areas. Dean's level of experience allowed him to help us look at several options in different areas. He offered to email us an inventory listing of homes in our area of interest within our price range. I will say, there is some really good information online, but the information you get from someone who has navigated the waters and surveyed the field is priceless. He answered every question we had. If he didn't have the answer available to him at that moment, which wasn't often, he got the information to us very soon. During the process, there were a few challenges with the sellers...but Dean's years of experience allowed him to navigate the process very well. Dean is the best! We were referred to Dean the day I accepted a job in the Kennesaw area and I called and told him we would be flying to the area that weekend to look for a place and he dropped everything he was doing and showed us around all day Saturday and Sunday.
