I hired this company to do a quick flip on an investment property in order to get it ready to be…read morerented out. I had them do a bid for paint, flooring, lighting and electrical switches and sockets. When I signed the bid, the job was estimated to be completed in two weeks. They began work on August 12,2024 and as of today, November 5, 2024 the job is not even half way completed. When they came to bid the job, the only discussion we had revolving money was how much the job was going to cost. On the day they showed up to begin work, they told me that they actually expect half of the money up front. As hesitant as I was to do that, I needed this job completed within a timely manner so that I could get renters in asap, so I fronted them half of the money after a few days of them working there. Once I gave them the money, they hardly showed up, wouldn't return my texts or calls for weeks and now have completely ghosted me and this project. I am now left with a house not even half-way remodeled, losing money every single day this house goes unfinished and now having to find someone who will be willing to step into this job and finish it. If you are looking to have any work done to your home, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

New roof installed 2 months ago. The new roof leaked and when I say leaked I mean rain poured in…read morethe side in the attic, soaked the insulation, and stained the bedroom ceiling. Boss has sent 4 different people out to "FIX it" and none of them were told what needed fixed by their management so each time had to go through the entire story again. One guy they sent out pulled nails out of my siding on my chimney to cover a cracked j channel instead of replacing it and in the process he put a hole in my siding and didn't say a word about it. The only 2 that came to fix things did fix most of it and pointed out other things but their management didn't want to spend more money to fix what their original crew screwed up. Been sitting and waiting for over a week to have Jeremy call me back when they will finally send someone in to treat the attic from all the water damage, replace the insulation, and repaint our ceiling. 2 Months later and they still aren't done and don't get back to you. Realistically I just want my money back so I can hire a real Roofing Company. Do Not Choose Boss Roofing unless you want a new leaking roof and months of not getting everything repaired they have damaged.
