Well I dont want to repaint it every 3 years so I scheduled a DRYVIT coating to be applied. Its a polymere coating that is waterprooof and much better than paint. Had to shedule the application for the 3rd week of june, 56 days after the purchase. Since I am not the only customer the company doing the dryvit work has, i was at the mercy of thier schedule. Then we get notice that our insurance company is cancelling the policy because of peeling paint!!!! They were so rigid that they could not wait 42 days for a superior coating to be applied to the foundation. This company in my opinion sucks and has no need for my business.
