The SUV I bought last year is missing the antenna and part of the antenna base assembly. It was all…read morethere when I bought it, but the base broke at some point. My boss said he sees glue remnants on the part that is still attached to the roof, which indicates someone broke the base before I bought it, and it eventually fell off. Ever since I noticed it was broken a few months ago, I've been trying to find the antenna assembly at a decent price. I found it online for about $150 or more, but kept an eye on several salvage places in the area using their online databases. I finally found it recently at one in Greenbrier. That's a bit of a drive for me, and they are only open Monday through Friday from 8 AM until 5 PM, the same hours I am at work in Nashville. The guy I spoke to at TN Auto Salvage offered to see if one of their drivers would deliver it, and he found someone. I called them day before yesterday and today someone delivered it to me. They charged $45 for the antenna and base assembly, which they removed from the car for me, and another $10 for delivery. EXCELLENT service. I would highly recommend doing business with them if they have what you need.

Beau was great on communication and even made sure we knew that we could have the car back for the weekend if we needed it, even though it wasn't complete. They tried to scam me by saying there was metal in the transmission fluid. I had the transmission fluid changed in my car less than 2 months prior. Ripoff artists. There are other shops in town to be trusted. Not this one.

I asked for transmission fluid flushed/replaced, Brake's to be checked, oil change, and to see why…read moremy dashboard indicators are flashing. They did all in the same day which was great. My only complaints are they don't take credit cards, I was told the flush would be $250. My grand total was $900. They over charge women. I went to fix a flat on my tires and the bolts broke off. So that tells me they over tightened my lugs with an impact gun. Instead of tightening them to specs. I've called them to help resolve my issue. Did not return any of my calls. Both tires cannot be removed because of the bolts one broken and the other lug will not come off. So not only do they lack in CS they over charge, and they will strip your lug down and bolts will be broken. The one day turn around service isn't so great when the overall of your cars care is just ruined. Don't go here if you don't have a man to take the lead on not being taken advantage of. Women have no place or voice here in the south. Go some place else.

The reason for the 2 stars is…read morebecause they quoted me $1200 but charged me $1800 when I picked up the vehicle without calling me in advance to discuss anything or letting me know there would be a price increase. A price increase this substantial (50 percent!) should have justified a phone call. When I asked why they didn't call, they said they did but couldn't reach me...I showed them my phone...no call or voicemail was on my phone. A simple apology would have been appreciated. They explained the $600 increase saying they had to find and fix a short. I don't know what their hourly rate is but let's say it's $100/hour...does it take 6 hours to find a short??? Not sure I would trust them or use them again, as much as I like to support small businesses. Very disappointing.
