He held to his word that he gave me on the phone and expedited my service to hold to that. But what really stood out was his amazing attitude. Ken is a man that truly knows how to deal with people and make them feel welcomed and important as they are dealing with what is usually an annoying time for us all (getting work done on our car). First and foremost everyone in store was fine - no issues and I wasn't upset with the situation. The car needed an oil change and I forgot to bring in the mailer stating their oil change special of 39.95. I told the lady at the counter but she wouldn't honor it because I didn't bring it in. Okay- annoying but whatever right? WRONG. They drained the oil but then couldn't get the filter out. I know this can be a common issue but to quote me nearly $400 PLUS the $80 oil change seemed insane. I called the last place that did the oil change and they completely took care of it/me. Now I paid the $80 thanked them and left. But I found the mailer and read every single word - nowhere does it state it needed to be brought in for redemption, it actually doesn't even say it's a coupon it says "oil change special" So I called the manager Blake, he was immediately rude, condescending and disrespectful. When I mentioned the tech drained the oil before taking out the filter he instantly remarked how "That's the ONLY way to do an oil change." (Truly, almost any mechanic can give you a different answer on what's right or wrong but that's neither here nor there). It was the immediate rudeness and talking down to me that really took me by surprise. I told the manager all I was asking was a partial refund since I had the ad and it doesn't say it needs to be brought in. He essentially told me too bad and again "EVERY store requires the coupons in person." He then offered that the coupon doesn't expire so I can bring it in next time. I told Blake frankly I don't know that I'll come back if this is how they treat customers. After a few minutes of back and forth regarding the coupon Blake told me I can bring the mailer in, he will write me a check for the difference, and to never come back to his shop again. P.S I called Amerifix of Franklin - I said I totally forgot my mailer at home can you still honor the coupon, they told me yes. I also asked if they usually drain the oil first or remove the filter, he said they remove the filter first. What a terrible way to do business and a terrible way to treat customers. Shame on you Blake.

I've been interested in trading my car in for practicality and finance reasons. I stopped by Monday evening to test drive one of the cars they had on the lot that interested me (mind you, it was used and priced at the same rate as a brand new one) I figured while I was there I might as well have them give me an estimate to see what my trade in would be worth roughly there. Like I said, I bought my car brand new and currently, BRZs in similar conditions to mine are going for around 25k give or take. I left immediately after being offered only 17k. The next day when they tried getting in contact with me again, they proceeded to send me a link to a 2023 Subaru brz with a SALVAGED title being sold for over 18k! After I pointed it out they kept making excuses and tried to gaslight me into thinking that all the cars on the site showed that on vehicle history to try and get you to buy the full carfax... reality was the site they were showing me was selling pretty much all salvaged cars. Anyways, don't be fooled by them and know your cars worth before going if you do!

This place scammed my 76 year old father by selling him a battery they didn't install. My father…read moretook my mom's 2019 expedition in for an oil change and asked them to replace the battery also. The battery was fine but was the original from the factory. They were about to take a long roadtrip to see friends so he wanted to avert any unnecessary emergencies on the road. Six months after they supposedly installed a new battery, the battery died. When my dad took a look at the battery, it was the same Ford OEM battery that came with the expedition when they bought it new, not the replacement this place sold him. When he took it back they gave him some BS story to explain what happened. They did finally install the battery he bought 6 months prior. If they will pull this scam on an old man, they have no moral compass and I would advise all to stay away.

I took my daughter's car in about 3 years ago for an oil leak. They told me the oil gasket was the…read moreissue and I authorized replacement. Got the car back and it still leaked. They advised the leak was coming from somewhere else. I moved on. Took the car back this past Thursday and asked that they look at the oil level and top it off if necessary due to the leak but the main reasons I brought it in were an issue with starting and a check engine light that comes on periodically. They called and advised there was an oil gasket leak but the gasket was no longer under warranty. They offered to replace for $945. I told them I did not want to spend anymore dollars addressing the oil leak and asked that they look into the starting issue & check engine light. I did not hear anything so called back Thursday around 5. Was advised that there was an electrical issue and they weren't getting any codes. They would need to keep the car another day. All day Friday I heard nothing so called back at 4 and was advised they were trying to track down the electrical issue. Told them not to bother. Need the car back today and I would pick up. The one good thing I will say is that they did not charge me anything but also, I don't feel like they did a thing to the car. Brought car home and had a friend hook it up to a code reader. There is no electrical issue. Loaded codes just fine. Will be taking the car elsewhere to get serviced and do not recommend this shop at all. Poor communication and do not feel they are trustworthy.
