Custodial care was inconsistent and several times was left in nasty briefs for more than half hour after reported. Meaning it was even longer from the event. Bruises on legs went uncared for until family complained. Why? Their doctor and medical staff overlooked her decline and did not attend to the problems we were seeing and trying to get addressed. Blood tests (requested/ demanded by family) the last week of her life showed her at a higher level then others her age, but yet she was declining. Why? She was alive and then she was dead. Don't waste your money on that medical team. Don't let your loved one die alone in this facility. How heartless. A true lack of responsibility to the individual and the trust of the family.

The quality of the food is also poor. Sometimes the dinner meal is a hot dog. There are only 28 rooms and 75% of the people who live here have dementia. These residents are trapped and the management doesn't care to treat them as they would like to be treated in their old age, with decent hot meals. Thankfully my neighbor is moving out soon. Her internet never worked so therefore her tv had a poor connection. She had to set up her own personal WiFi connection in her room with xfinity. Poor care at this facility. When we attempted to cancel prior to the assessment our deposit was cashed and we were told there was no refund available, even though they admitted the information we received was incorrect.
