It should also be a simple hi hello when you come there to visit and there is no rapport. A very cold place. When you work with elderly you know they can have good and bad days. Get with it and if you have to let some of the staff go by gosh do it. Plus they want you to write a review right away and that's not how it works. The first review I wrote was right away and I regret it. Reviews should never be until 2 to 3 months later!

Custodial care was inconsistent and several times was left in nasty briefs for more than half hour after reported. Meaning it was even longer from the event. Bruises on legs went uncared for until family complained. Why? Their doctor and medical staff overlooked her decline and did not attend to the problems we were seeing and trying to get addressed. Blood tests (requested/ demanded by family) the last week of her life showed her at a higher level then others her age, but yet she was declining. Why? She was alive and then she was dead. Don't waste your money on that medical team. Don't let your loved one die alone in this facility. How heartless. A true lack of responsibility to the individual and the trust of the family.

The quality of the food is also poor. Sometimes the dinner meal is a hot dog. There are only 28 rooms and 75% of the people who live here have dementia. The cook could care less if these poor souls ever eat a hot meal. These residents are trapped and the management doesn't care to treat them as they would like to be treated in their old age, with decent hot meals. Thankfully my neighbor is moving out soon. Her internet never worked so therefore her tv had a poor connection. She had to set up her own personal WiFi connection in her room with xfinity. Poor care at this facility.
