They performed a moes surgery and he had to wait 30 minutes for the result. It's now 11:00am and he's still waiting for the result. I just spoke to the receptionist to complain and she finally went back. She said he was clear and they are just waiting for a room to stitch him up. He was finally called back to get stitched up. Except for stitch removal, this is the first and last time seeing this doctor.

We arrived to their very pleasant and comfortable office and they were following appropriate Covid protocols. The check-in and paperwork was easy and not cumbersome. I went into the consult with my wife and after vitals and a few questions we had a short wait before we were seen by a nurse practitioner who was very thorough and was a good listener who explored a lot of issues. We were able to pass on the "go to" colonoscopy and settled on CT scans and other diagnostic methods. One none to pick is they gave us sample kits to take home that were not acceptable to our local lab, LabCorp, which resulted in having to get the GI office to call in a new order and making multiple trips to the lab. I would also preferred to have at least a quick conversation with one of the resident GI docs.

Dr. Park is phenomenal. Last year, I had a breast augmentation with another surgeon and long story…read moreshort, I was left with unsatisfactory results and a lot of pain. A friend had recently used Dr. Park and suggested I see him for a consult. I knew before the consult was even over that he was perfect for me. He took time to listen to my concerns. He asked about my likes and dislikes, and then gave me some options and suggestions. He didn't rush through anything, and made sure I understood everything involved with the procedure. He has a passion for what he does, and it shows. The day of surgery, he was running behind due to complications with a patient before me. He came in and apologized, saying he takes his time and gets it perfect. I got the same treatment. My surgery should have been 3 hours (breast lift and implant exchange - I went smaller) but took 5 hours. He told my husband this was due to the repairs he had to make once he was in there. My husband said he even personally called that night to check in and see how I was doing. I am about 5 months post-op right now, and today's checkup was regarding a knot I have. As usual, Dr. Park did an exam, discussed his thoughts with me and made sure to explain it in detail and in a way I understood it. (No big medical terms that leave you walking out confused.) He also has a podcast that I listen to. It's very informative about different types of surgeries, as well as other procedures like botox, fillers, and the other services he provides at his office. I highly recommend seeking out a consult with Dr. Park if you're interested in making some changes or refreshers. He is very soft-spoken and kind, and I felt completely comfortable with him immediately. His staff is excellent and very friendly as well.
