It's your clientele. It's become a chaotic, loud and noisy 3rd world street market. 3 times have I been in and machines weren't working because non-English speaking or reading "people" have wrecked the washing machines from pouring in powdered laundry detergent, etc. You're putting your employees in a lose-lose situation because these invaders won't follow the directions on the use of your equipment and are hateful towards your employees. It's pathetic. The other day, my last visit to your Nigerian slum, the sheer amount of screaming and unrealistic shouting and barking by your new clientele was intolerable. A literal Nigerian street market. It's ridiculous. Good luck on replacing your American clients with uncouth Africans. There's no standards of civility anymore. I'll wash my clothes on a rock at the White River before I wander into this disaster of chaos again.
