I went during the day and the two guys working were going on about a group of people in there again causing problems. They kept talking, saying they were dirty and come in a group like they want to take over the place. How bad it was for business and they were afraid they would scare away the good customers. Then they said it, they're black, not just black but foreigners. "Cant even speak good English, or at least pretend not to understand" Went on some more about " taking over, bad for business, and so on." I guess since I'm white they thought it was okay to spew their vile, hateful nonsense in front of me. News flash, not every white person in Danville is a racist. So if you think not mixing your whites with your colors applies to more than just laundry, this might be your kinda place. As for me, I will not be going back.

You can also park in front for short periods to load/unload. - vending with soaps/drying stuff and food/drink - free restrooms for customers - tons of carts to use - all machines are either coin OR card. While 1 drying session will quickly dry your clothes PLEASE BEWARE that if you select the high dry temperature your clothes will get burnt!! I had 2 items that were recently purchased come out with gray char and over the last few weeks I've noticed that several of my soft plush pieces of clothes now have rough textures in certain areas. That is my major complaint. I'm so irritated about the dryers. There should be a sign on them to not use the high setting. I would never return to this laundromat. I much prefer Caribbean Clean.

A seemingly easy job, I brought it to Milto, as they've been around a long time and should know what to do. It came back to me ruined. It looked someone dragged a knife over it several times. When I came back to the store, there was no manager there, so they told me they would call me. I get two separate calls from presumably a manager named Mona (she never said who she was) to tell me they would first have to "send it to the back" to be inspected and on the second call, told me they would reimburse me for the service but would keep the vest for insurance purposes. This wasn't even about the money, it was about principle. At no point in this process (of three additional touchpoints on top of the original service) did anyone apologize or acknowledge any wrongdoing. Just wanting my garment back, I told her that they were not keeping the vest, that I didn't want the money, and that I would be writing a review. She quickly changed her tune and kept trying to talk over me, so I hung up. She called me right back, asked when I would like to pick it up, and said they would give me a $20 appearance fee, then hung up the phone on me (LOL). When I got there, a sweet young woman returned the vest to me and let me know they were refunding me the $24 for the service.
