We have been a customer of Dean's Pest Control since 2009. We have been very happy with how quickly they respond to any problem we may have. Quite frankly there have been very few over this 10 year period. However, recently we have had a problem with fire ants on our lanai. We called the office and our tech, Anna, responded within a couple of hours. Even though it was raining at the time she had said she would be here,she still stopped in to make arrangements to return. I have had about four occasions when I've been home when Johnny from Dean's came for the quarterly applications to fertilize and spray for pests. He has always been extremely thorough, courteous and helpful when I've had questions about various plants. He is eager to ensure that I understand what I can do to have the best possible results. Johnny was here a day ago for our pest lawn treatment. Very knowledgeable, friendly and explained what he was applying and how it works. Couldn't ask for a better lawn tech than Johnny. Always happy to see the customer and answers any concerns. Knocked on the door to let us know to close the garage door so he wouldn't get the spray inside the garage. Can't beat that type of service. Jonaton Portillo is my service tech and is the primary reason for having Deans Services. I find him to be extremely knowledgeable regarding the various weeds/grasses/bugs that may come my way as my home is surrounded by empty lots. He can only do so much as a tech rep and the rest is up to the homeowner. I get good advice on what I should be doing between his service dates. Consequently, I have a nice looking yard. Had an issue with another company not doing proper pest control at my home in the villages before I officially purchased the home. Woke up the morning after closing with fire ants in a bedroom and mounds throughout the yard. I have had Dean's for almost two years. Great service. If you call for an issue they will have a tech call you back within a half hour. They have come same day or next day for three or four issues we have had. Our latest tech, Johnathan, is fantastic. If I owned a business I would find a way to hire him. Great attitude!!!! read more
