Tiles bagan to crack due to uneven and lack of mortar under tiles. I personally had to replace them. Caulking around the bathtub was left stain and has to be replaced. Caulking also bled into the tile and while I brought this issue up to Max he tried to remediate it but was still left a mess and said that's all he could do. Another issue, was the temperature of the water was not coming out hot, tried to reach out to Max and he did not care to come out and check his work. After messing around with the shower faucet for hours i was able to get the water to come out hot because the temperature dial/limit in the shower handle was not set correctly by Max.
