    Glass tile backsplash
    Mark E.

We hired Dan to tile our new main bathroom shower and vanity backsplash. He was very responsive and was able to tile the shower pretty quickly after we called. Dan is absolutely a tile master--he is very precise and is clearly a perfectionist, and it shows in his work. The final result is absolutely gorgeous. He's also very easy to work with, always on time and proactively communicates his arrival time. If you are looking for a top notch tile project completed by a total professional, I highly recommend Dan and Mile High Master Tile.

Not only is Dan a true craftsman, he is responsive, communicative, fair and very pleasant to work with. He did an amazing job installing our heavy beam mantle and ledger stone on our fireplace. The end result was exactly what I'd hoped for and has completely transformed our family room. Couldn't be happier. He was diligent about protecting g our floors and walls and did a nice job at clean up. I recommend Dan without hesitation and he will be the first call I make when I'm ready for my next project.

We had some flooding which required an unplanned need to renovate our main bathroom. We found Dan on Yelp. From the fist minutes we met to review the work to be done, my wife and I had a good feeling about Dan. We were not disappointed. My wife had a vision and with Dan's guidance, the bathroom came out looking better than we could have imagined. Beyond the high quality workmanship, Dan and his team are trustworthy. I would characterize his approach and style as "old school".....your word is your bond and you get honest pay for honest work. We highly recommend Mile High Master Tile.

We had a great experience with Dan and his team when we hired them to tile our bathroom floor and rebuild our shower. Dan was very easy to work with, and went above and beyond to make our bathroom look great. He and his crew were friendly and the craftsmanship was fantastic, top notch quality. Will definitely hire again for our next project.

Dan with Mile High Master Tile did exactly what he said he would do when he said he would do. He is a little bit high but well worth it. Everything turned out exactly as I asked for it to. I would recommend Dan to anyone. It was a small project done right and done on time. Thank you, Dan.

Dan and his crew did an outstanding job renovating our master & guest bathrooms. Estimate was spot on, we actually went a bit over with additions like sliding barn door & heated floor. His crew cleaned up daily and partner contractors did great job w-electrical & plumbing. I would highly recommend Dan for future remodel projects!

Dan and his crew are artists and craftsmen. They installed tile in a number of rooms to exacting requirements, worked around other subs with grace, and just did great work. From underfloor heating coils to a dog wash, everything got finished professionally and at fair rates. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and fair tile crew!

We hired Dan to do a tile job for us in Greenwood Village. I will say that up front his prices were fair BUT and there is a big but. His first upcharge came when he asked for more money for the kitchen backsplash. His reasoning was that he assumed the backsplash was a manufactured brick and not an actual brick veneer. We never discussed manufactured brick. I told him from the beginning it was a brick veneer and his proposal says "brick veneer" on it. We ended up paying him extra for this even though that was his mistake. But that's not the worst of it. When I asked when he'd be returning to the job he responded with an updated proposal with increased pricing for all remaining scope of work. When I asked him why the increase, his response was that all his prices are going up and he said because "He's the boss", see attached text communication. I'd steer clear of this company, there are many more reputable contractors out there who will honor their prices.

We first hired him back when he was known as "Steve Beam Handyman," and it's been amazing to see him grow and expand his services with the launch of Denver Remodels Inc. Over the years, Steve and his team have tackled everything from small repairs (like anchoring heavy drapery hardware into our finicky plaster walls) to major renovations (like restoring the exterior of our 1908 Craftsman). One of our favorite projects was transforming our mudroom by removing a wall and building a custom breakfast nook. This was a complex project, but Steve's expertise and creativity shone through. He even suggested a design element in the booth walls that perfectly complemented the Craftsman lines of our home - it's those little details that make a huge difference. What we think truly sets Steve apart is his incredible craftsmanship, creativity, and his consultative approach. He takes the time to truly understand your vision and offers expert guidance throughout the design process. Whether you're tackling a small project or a major renovation, Steve's deep knowledge and experience are on display with every project he does. He's always there to answer questions, offer suggestions, and steer you in the right direction, ensuring that the final result is even better than you imagined. Buerger Brothers Construction built an addition to our home, which included a 700+ square foot garage, using concrete poured on Piers and a floor poured as a "Slab on void" due to bad soils report. They also built a new deck, and managed front yard landscaping. They are an honest, ethical, professional, and an excellent company to do business with. We started planning in May of 2019, with construction from June through October of 2020, we found ways to work during the early days of the Covid pandemic. Communicating with Christian was a breeze, he was easy to talk to, responsive, professional and truly cares about what you are conveying. Because I am a retired engineer I had to stick my nose into everything... From the beginning he brought in professionals from the Architect, Structural Engineers to the finishing Carpenter and Painter, each step was amazing and all within budget. The cadre of subcontractors hired by Burger Brothers had to meet a high standard of professionalism and produce a high quality product, they were all wonderful to work with. Of note, was the daily cleanup, the care taken and the security to the existing area, especially working in the midst of a pandemic! Inconvenience was kept to a minimum and in the end we can actually say the complete project went quite smoothly and was a great experience. Would I hire them to do it again? Absolutely "In a heartbeat, no doubt about it!" I just cannot brag enough about this company and I promise you will not regret your decision to hire Christian and his crew! I could go on and on, but you get the gist.... if you want honesty and professionalism, these are your guys! Without hesitation I would recommend them and would hire them again to do any construction project.

He did no measuring or anything else. He was gone in about 10 minutes. (I needed only labor as I was purchasing the material from Home Depot.) Once we agreed on Price to have all the existing solid wood baseboard, removed the new floor put down and the baseboard put back. I agreed to the job. Pricing; I agreed on 50% down and 50% when the job was completed to maintain some control of the final product I'm very glad I did this. Their policy is to get 100% upfront, which I never recommend anyone for any service, ever do. The very next day after agreeing on terms with Walter, I got a call asking for 100% of the money I told this lady that's not what we agreed to and she said well that's what we normally do and I said you better call Walter. I'm gonna cancel the job. She did came back excepted 50% Overall, the subcontractors that came out from a company called Sun sunshine floors did a pretty good job putting in the material But it's the follow up , putting doors back on , getting trim put back on that was a real headache and took me almost 30 days to get done and also a threat of a complaint to get what I considered to be a very reasonable discount about $370 off my bill In the end, I fixed the existing problems myself because it was too much of a headache after they finally agreed to give me the discount Finally, a reminder again if you use this company, do not pay 100% upfront you'll have no control over the job over anything that needs to get fixed and you'll be working on their timetable, while they have all your money ------- Part 2 It's smart that Kelly took down her first knee jerk response to my above comment since is was inaccurate and not well researched. "Telling me I agreed not to leave public comment in agreement for the discount" -that was true if you accepted my generous offer.... the first go round. I'm going to guess that she finally got around to actually reading.... the 2nd email with my threat to file a complaint with yelp. Poof.....gone and replaced with boiler plate sorry we messed up and we should have done better. " Kelly, I wish you would have taken seriously my first initial complaint to your company and really taken the time to call me and find out what happened, Sincerely apologize, accept my generous offer and maybe even go a bit farther to make me happy and satisfied, If you had done so, we wouldn't be having this stupid engagement in the first place. Even after all that, I do hope you have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New year.
