I have tried several different shops in both my hometown of Vancouver,and also in Portland . I discovered Deanz Greenz on Sandy Blvd. in Portland. Since my first visit I have received the best "product" , but even more than that , the knowledgeable, patient and caring staff are exemplary. This business sold me a faulty product then refused to refund my money. The best part was they told me they would, only to drive back to their store and have them tell me they would not. Keep in mind I wasn't returning something a month later. All within an hour. They claimed it was due to Covid. They stole from me and blamed the pandemic for being thieving turds and stealing 50$. Please don't spend your hard earned dollars here, go somewhere that treats their customers at least decently, Do it for me! read more

Good selection but horrible customer service. I've worked in the customer service field for years. I understand that it's a dispensary however a place of business needs great customer service. If you're on a budget don't go in here. They will make you feel bad and discourage you from getting something you can afford. I asked how the flower was on their 18$ eighths. One of the budtenders said their all shit go for the $40 eighth. Plus everyone seems really snotty, get over it, it's just weed. read more

Bought bad concentrate from them yesterday, brand was Hush and the strain was Bubba Kush. When I dabbed it, had a chemical smell and taste so I changed out my coil to a brand new one and when I tried another dab, found that it is the concentrate. I went back because I have been a customer for over a year and have had nothing but positive experiences until now. I was treated like I don't what the difference in tastes are between Indica and Sativa, but that is not the issue and I was ripped off. I bought a bad batch and there is no way to prove it even though I brought in the concentrate not even 24 hours later and told them about my experience, they didn't want to hear it. They have zero integrity by not standing by their customers and told me I had to take it up with the manufacturer. You lost a customer and referrals, all I wanted is what I thought I was paying for like I have bought several times in the past. read more
