When I asked specific questions about products, he offered little to nothing in terms of information. He was rude, having become frustrated by this disabled combat veteran's lack of speed in processing information. I was the only person in the store, so I am not sure what the rush was. I asked and paid for one ounce of product ($210), but I only received 27.6 grams because they ran out and no discount was offered. I let it slide because I was not going to make an issue over $6. However, I didn't realize until I got home that he also shorted me a pack of gummies ($12 each/100 mg), having asked for and paid for four, I got three. He showed me for not being fast and succinct enough for his liking! When all was said and done, I was ripped off for almost $20 in products, likely offsetting any discount I may have received. I have been here to this particular dispensary several times now and every other time I have had a…read moregreat experience. However, this past attempted visit was quite unpleasant and honestly it felt very unsafe. I don't know any of the employees inside and have not given any reason to be treated like I was completely unwelcome. The posted business hours are 8 am - midnight and I already knew what I wanted and had the cash ready to go, along with a proper tip of course. I arrived and parked right next to the front entrance at 11:53 pm on the evening of July 18th 2026 and quickly hopped out of my car to the front entryway. I also glanced at my phone on the way in and it turned 11:54 pm. The employees were all in the process of trying to leave early. But one employee saw me and began asking for my ID. As I was pulling out my ID to give the gentleman there was some very violent and extremely aggressive movement coming from the front door. All of the sudden this armed police officer looking security guard bursted out of the front door and I mean violently; I literally thought he was coming after me, not joking I was actually afraid! He then immediately grabbed a security garage and slammed it shut right next to me with such force that my ears were ringing! The security guard saw me getting my ID out at 11:54 pm and for no apparent reason potentially caused me ear drum damage! I have multiple cameras that record audio and video both inside and outside of my car. They caught the entire 23 seconds of our interaction with gps time stamps. You can very clearly hear how loud the slammed security garage door was. I plan on getting this information to my attorney. I believe I may have potential ear drum damage because of the violent security guard. Additionally, there are other reviews of customers being turned away before the posted store closing time. If the employees are going to try to leave early then why not just post an earlier closing time? There was a police officer in the parking lot with their car pointed directly at the incident. My attorney should be able to get a hold of that footage from the patrol car too. It should be noted that I did not try to continue with giving the employee my ID as they clearly didn't want me there. I just left, feeling quite upset and physically injured. Along with asking out loud after I turned towards my car and started walking away, what the *%#+ was wrong with the security guard it wasn't even closed yet?! (11:54 pm) I highly recommend avoiding Q'anápsu at all costs. If I could give zero stars then I would have without hesitation.

I like this store for its consistently in product. They don't have the largest selection of growers but they have a large selection from each grower that they do carry. Based on what I have seen at other smaller weed shops, it seems that some of their prices are higher... especially considering that they buy, I'd assume, larger quantities than any other venue in the area. But for me the location is convenient and the few bucks extra are just worth it for me. I miss some of the familiar faces from the past but I'm pretty easy to please as a customer and am usually in a good mood when in a pot shop... I mean it's like my favorite store... so I was particularly surprised today when I had a negative experience with my bud tender. I walked in after a very busy 10 hour work day. I had a big smile on my face and I knew what I wanted. The parking lot looked busy when I had pulled in but there were only about 8 customers in the store at that moment. I think (Kaleb?) turned from the register to greet me. I smiled and made a comment about business before a big holiday. He had no expression. I said a second thing and he looked confused. I said, I'm trying to joke around with you but I'm not sure you can handle it. He said -I can handle it, I just don't want to. He continued by telling that he's had a long day and is almost off work so he's tired. -- I'm not sure how long my pause was before I told him the grower I prefer and asked which strain would be best- he helped me. Our interaction lacked luster from that point forward. I was pretty turned off by him in general and if any other shop was in the area I would have walked out. Maybe that's an overreaction but I felt pretty annoyed by the comments. When I have a good experience in this store, I usually at the register will ask the bud tender if there is a favorite joint they are liking. If they seem put off because, I'm at the register and should have asked sooner - I just say thank you, pay for my stuff and move on (that's happened 2x in 100x) when they are eager to show me their favorite- I buy it and give it to them. This guy- will probably never get a tip from me-anything is possible but my first impression is not a good one. I'll absolutely keep coming in. I guess I just hope that the new employees will realize that most of the regular customers spend 400-500$ a month in that business... would be cool if the new guys understood who is really paying their bills.
