We hired Cipriani to replace our sun porch with Timbertek patio boards. They also worked with a…read morelocal subcontractor to custom build our screens and removable inserts to make the space a nearly 4 season room. Let's start with the pros. They were excellent communicators throughout the process. Richard did our initial quote, then Mike throughout the build. They were always timely and professional, and I never felt any of my questions were stupid or minimized. Once the build started, they kept me updated in both timing of different parts of the project and also how the payment structure was broken down. We use this space constantly because I love how it turned out, so that's the other pro. Once it was done it was immediately usable. The main con was that we had to wait a bit due to projects in front of ours, and the weather/temperature since the build involved concrete pillars. We knew this project would not be cheap, but that was mainly due to the materials and the additional time those materials inserted into the build. For example, you cannot see any fastener holes from the top of any of the boards. We already have Cipriani in mind for our kitchen remodel in the near future. I highly recommend them. We've worked with a number of contractors over the years (old house, go figure!) and they were so much better than any of the others.

He had books for us to check out all our different options for shutters and railings, and said for bigger jobs, you can go to the showroom to check out materials. I personally loved the convenience of sitting on my front porch and picking everything out! He was patient and let us flip through the books and never once made us feel like he was in a rush. We put a deposit down on the spot. Our ability to do the project was dependent on another contractor doing stone work on our porch first. Fiderio was great about scheduling around them and getting the work done quickly once the stone work project was complete. They did their work fast and cleaned up without a trace. The prices are fair (let's be honest, home improvement projects are never cheap!) and the service and quality of workmanship is fantastic! He…read moreresponded to our inquiry quickly, got back to me right away when I had questions, and was able to complete the job more quickly than we expected. We had them replace the ripped porch screens, power wash railings, roof, and the entire exterior of the house, as well as clean the gutters. They also replaced our old lousy gutter guards. Rudy did several walk arounds with me during the project to show me the progress and point out areas of concern, such as places where there were gaps in the existing deck trim that had caused water damage under the fascia. They were able to replace all of the rotting boards and added new trim to cover the gaps, which we hadn't planned on, but it made the deck much more sound and looks great, even better than before! He also pointed out that a number of our other old window screens around the house were frayed or torn, and offered to replace them while they were there, at a very fair price. The entire deck/porch looks new again. His team took care to carefully clean up the work site before they left. This is a family business, and they were consistently kind and very responsive. We will definitely use them again for future projects.
